I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies & they are by far the best pharmacy! The staff at Saginaw Care Pharmacy fills my prescriptions as soon as they receive it. Prompt & professional.

Incredibly helpful staff and always the best prices! They always find coupons for my prescriptions and manage to get me lower prices. After one of my surgeries, they contacted my doctor to get me different prescriptions that dropped my cost from hundreds of dollars to less than $100 for all 9.

Excellent service, the Pharmacist are professional , highly educated and experienced. The staff is exception in every way.

Very friendly and professional up until the point I had asked for syringes. I was informed that it wasn't their policy to hand out syringes if I wasn't also getting insulin through them because they didn't want to have to "break open a new box" and that they had every legal right to make that "judgement call"; that's one word for it. Another one is "discrimination." So "policy" isn't law to start off with, secondly, I needed those syringes for B12 Injections to some roosters I help care for. Hello, I have been a customer of y’all’s for about 2 years now. I just wanted to email and say that every time I call up there to get a prescription refill, or go pick up my/families prescription you guys are always so kind and go out of your way to give great customer service! It blows me away every time. I just had a lady associate call me about my sons prescription, letting me know my insurance won’t cover it and that I can find it cheaper at Walmart. She didn’t have to do that but she did, I just wanted to say I appreciate you guys and it has been a great experience the past few years

We've dealt with so many pharmacies and most were nightmares! The service here is great. They are all so friendly and helpful. Free delivery when I'm unable to make it to them is icing on the cake.They make what used to be a dreaded errand into a delight.

Everyone here is so nice and they are very quick once Dr sends prescriptions. It's nice to use a local pharmacy where they get to know you and call you by name. Call me old fashioned but I like it that way.

This pharmacy is great! Everyone is so nice, they go above and beyond to assist and you can tell they really do care about their customers. I wish I would have switched from CVS sooner!

I cannot say enough great things about Saginaw Pharmacy! I've been a customer since they opened and have always been extremely impressed and appreciated their courtesy, efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond each and every time to help with communication with the doctors and insurance companies. I highly recommend them and will never use another pharmacy.

Greatest staff, and pharmacy hands down! They are always fast, friendly, and genuinely care for their customers. When I call in for a prescription they know me just by my voice, I don't even have to tell them my name! That's customer care! Thank you Saginaw Pharmacy for always caring for my family's needs.

This just may be my favorite pharmacy in the area. They were able to quickly fill a prescription for me after my long-time pharmacy tried and failed. Excellent and friendly customer service. I don't get ignored here. I like that. I recently needed an over-the counter item. They ordered it and provided it quickly at a better price than the chains offer..

Fast and super fast and really super fast. Very nice people. And a free sofa while you wait. Drop Walgreens and come here. It's awesome!!! My only regret is not switching much sooner.

Awesome pharmacy. Very friendly staff. I have used every pharmacy in the area, wal mart, cvs, Walgreen etc. I have never had such a great experience. They genuinely care about you and your health rather then the almighty dollar. Easy refills, they are on the web and do have an app on Google play.

This Phamacy has very kind people and theres no wait very little wait time and they have employees that care and want to be there. I did ask them not to hire people from the CVS IN SAGINAW. They said people have already mentioned it I asked them to not hire Pharmacist Heather Messner they said they already heard about her also and will not be hiring people from there.
Praise God for a pharmacy that treats you with respect. A new and wonderful pharmacy if there were more stars I would give it.
