Services
Purchasing a new home or property is one of the biggest and most costly decisions of your life. It is an investment for you and your financial future. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to have the structural integrity of your property examined by a well qualified licensed inspector. Only after a detailed inspection will you find the confidence and solace you need to move forward with your investment.
This is a non-intrusive method for inspecting interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other large surfaces quickly and precisely to locate areas of moisture intrusions, plumbing leaks, potential electrical problems and many other applications. This allows the inspector an added visual verification to assist in a more accurate inspection of an issue.

Mike was incredible. He walked me through every possible issue in the 100+ year old home he inspected for us from top to bottom - every nook, cranny, and surprise. He also spoke to me as an equal capable of understanding complicated problems with plumbing, drainage, and electrical wiring. It was so refreshing. We received a detailed report with visuals the same day. 100% recommend hiring Mike!

Mike was fantastic. Responsive, really thorough and able to turn around our inspection quickly. Our realtor recommended Mike at MK Home Inspections to do a home inspection on a house we were considering buying. Mike did a very thorough and complete inspection of the house inside, outside, underneath in the crawl space, and above in the attic. He stayed after the inspection to point out and explain the general problems he had found with the house and to answer our related questions about what he had found to be a concern. He also pointed out the many plus features of the house so that we did not feel overwhelmed by what needed to be fixed. Mike emailed us a very detailed inspection report

Mike was incredibly thorough, efficient and didn't mind that I called with a bonehead question the next day when I misunderstood something I'd read. Mike with MKhomeinspections is a breath of fresh air! He wasn't just on time, he was early - and got right to work! He took great care going over every inch of the house, especially since it's an older home (built in 1930) to make sure nothing was overlooked so all necessary or problematic issues could be brought to the seller before we close on the house. He was even prompt getting us the full inspection later that same day - no waiting around for this guy, he's awesome! Need an inspection? Look no further! I highly recommend him!

Mike with MKhomeinspections recently preformed a pre-inspection on a home for us in the Seattle area. He far exceeded my expectations, was very professional and arrived on time. Mike spent four hours carefully examining the house, providing me insight and educating me about every system and structure in the home. Not only did he document every minor issue that should be addressed, he also advised a good way to go about fixing it or provided a resource who could help with the fix. Mike provided a typed report with numerous photos within hours after leaving the property.
