They are very thorough. Mathew was kind enough to shadow is work, so I could learn what type of things inspectors are looking at/for. Will be using them for all my inspections. Thorough home inspection, identifying possible and actual issues, with clear pictures and description of said issues. Boggs inspected our home when we first purchased it and we used the details to coordinate with our builder for the home owner's review.

Boggs Inspection Services is amazing. I sent an email requesting a quote in the morning. Received an immediate follow-up and called and scheduled the inspection that afternoon to happen a few days later. Jon Molby, our inspector was everything we could've hoped for, he arrived early and got started. It had been raining but thank goodness it stopped and he was able to inspect the outside and then inside, thoroughly. I appreciate Jon's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.

I called upon Boggs earlier in the week for an inspection, quick response from them on the phone and easily had an inspection scheduled for a couple days later. Fast forwarding to inspection day, my inspector Jon Molby was very thorough with his inspection and provided very detailed photos of any and all issues with the home and very clearly highlighted, circled, or directed an arrow so they were easily seen. I’ve used another inspection company in the past when buying my current home, they weren’t nearly this professional and detailed with their inspection as Jon and the team at Boggs were

I recently had Boggs Inspection Services conduct an inspection on an older home I'm looking to purchase. Wow was I glad I'd hired them to complete the inspection. They were extremely professional, patient and thorough. They pointed out foundation, plumbing and wiring issues I wouldn't have known about. These guys are meticulous at inspecting the home top to bottom, inside and out. I would recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a home, building or apartment! AAA+++

The Boggs Inspection Services inspector, Jon, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He performed a very thorough inspection and took the time to answer all of my questions. During and even after the inspection, he took the additional time to converse on some of the more important items. It was comforting to me and taught me a lot about my new house and how to maintain it. The company is also military friendly and even offers discount for active duty members. Jon from Boggs Inspection service was on time, efficient and thorough for the home inspection in Shelton. It gives me a lot of confidence in the inspection when I watched him move through every part of the house, skipping nothing. Very nice to work with and was great with communication. Boggs Inspection was great! Jon was very impressive. He did a very thorough inspection. He asked if there was any area we had concerns with, before getting started. Jon was very patient and answered every single question we had (I definitely had a few)! He did address all of our concerns quite well. I appreciated the feeling of knowing exactly what we were getting into after the inspection. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Boggs Inspection Service!!!

I've bought probably 8 houses over the years. This stands out as the BEST home inspection I have ever received. George is friendly, personal and very thorough. I would not have noticed a wall where only the paint was holding it together due to moisture. He found so many things that need repair and/or replacement. Hire him. You will never regret it. The $$ are extremely well spent.
