Todd throughly inspected a property for us on G Street in Tacoma that was built in 1951. The thoroughness of his work was reflected in the 83 page report replete with pictures, extensive descriptions of the problem, and a means of resolution. Since we were essentially first time homebuyers, it helped that he categorized each issue as minor, major or material defects/safety issues. He also objectively summarized the Inspection which helped in our final decision. In the end we chose not to buy the house as we did not have funds, nor time, for the extensive repairs. I will definitely be utilizing
