We got their largest room. 3 queens and 1 twin. Fit our family perfectly. It was clean. It was quiet. The location is great and the price was so nice! David was most helpful at the desk! Great suggestions for local places! Their staff was great at accommodating our needs. Zero complaints from our 4 night stay.

Do not stay here !!!!! Stayed on the bottom floor and the doors DID NOT LOCK!!!! None of the doors locked, we basically piled all of our belongings against the door and prayed to god that no one would die. Never stay here it is awful and 100% not worth any form of savings

Owner SUPER nice. Room was clean. Area was fantastic. A great place for breakfast next door. Beach across the street. Nice beach equipment to borrow. Kids play area by a little lake behind. Really nice stay.

Stay away, bed bugs galore. My wife got bit up bad, me to. Kids were in sleeping bags thank God. Had them in two rooms. Faculty didn't seem to concerned, ruined our trip.

I actually very much enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely go back. Felt like a time machine to the family trips back in the 90's (in a good way)
Great access to the beach, 5 minutes away to a less traveled area of Newport Beach. Basic beach goodz are available for guests to use like beach chairs, towels n such. There's a sweet little kids park 30 seconds walking distance.
All the good newport town stuff like market, coffee shops, restaurants, etc they are 5 minutes away.
I'll be back. Thanks!

Very very unsatisfied. Hair everywhere. Sheets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 4months. Bathroom doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Bathroom door is broken and both lamps. We had the manger bring us an extra bed During the night when we were gone. When we got back my prescription meds were missing. Not accusing anyone but just seems fishy. They have cameras pointed at my door and won’t let me access them.

Love this hotel. The rooms are nice and have everything you need. The staff is so amazing! The hotel is right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants. We come here every year.

Cute hotel, staff was very friendly and super helpful. The beds are horrible. The ac unit doesn't work very well to cool the room down. But other than that great hotel good location. I like that they have a water hose outside to rinse the sand off before you go inside your room. Would stay again.

A small place near the beach this inn has clean rooms, convenient location and great staff. I will recommend it as a place to stay for friends who visit my hometown.
