This place is a joke, my my girlfriends parents rented her a room there for three nights during the holidays and I booked her an extra night. They double charged us in the deposit and then when I ask him for my refund they’re saying because there’s a coffee stain that’s damaged in the sheets and they’re not refunding my deposit so I have to argue with the guy to get my deposit back. So then he says he’ll give me my deposit back but he’s going to 86 me that’s the kind of place to say so if you want to stay there not get your deposit back feel free but this place is a joke

Best costumer service I have ever experienced this is my 4th time to stay at Cozy. Hotel seems like it's a family owned business husband and wife both of them very friendly and flexible prices are very reasonable, and staff also super friendly always with a smile helping you.

The price isn't horrible for what you get. I understand some of the poor reviews, but honesty my experience wasn't bad at all. Check in was easy, I was refunded my deposit, and my room was as clean as you'd expect a motel to be. You get what you pay for, and honesty I was satisfied with Cozy Inn for what I paid.

The upgraded rooms are a STEAL for the price! The room was very clean, the bedding was extremely soft and comfy and even the toilet paper was folded into a pretty little bow! Talk about attention to detail!

We booked the king bedroom which had a table for two, work desk, vanity, mini fridge, and microwave. I was honestly surprised at how many amenities were provided for such an affordable price.

The manager at the front desk was also incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though our room wasn't ready he was able to find an upgraded room for us. I appreciate anyone who can be accommodating

My family stayed there for multiple days. I asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper on the second night and they refused saying that they have a policy of not giving more than 1 roll of toilet paper per day. I said, "What if we need more?" and she told me,"How can you use more than 1 roll of toilet paper in a day?"

Definitely cozy. Stayed for 2 nights. Pretty close to every place we planned on going. Didn’t use many amenities. Only slept in the room for the most part. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Not noisy where we stayed. Accommodated a bridal party of a decent size so that was nice as well.

I'm loving and enjoying my stay @ Cozy Inn..very comfortable,clean,quiet and peaceful,nice and easy to get along with employee, Aimee and wonderful,nice owner,Steve...reasonable price and good location,close to everything, FWY and lots of restaurants close by and other convenient stores and gas stations..etc..owner and employee makes me feel @ home and like a family member..i would recommend this motel to all my friends and family..the best motel I've ever been..Good Luck w your business!

Wow, what can I say....
I normally don't write reviews but this place was exceptionally bad. I only stayed here one night, but the room was dirty, there was dried blood on the sheets, and the restroom door didn't close, let alone lock.
When I went to the desk to complain and ask if we can be moved, they said sorry we can't move rooms, but gave us 1 clean comforter.... leaving the other bloody sheets in the room.
P.S. I stayed in room 28. If you do for some reason still want to stay here please request not to stay in that room.
I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I would never stay here

Heater didn't work. Towel was stained. Sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. Loose hairs from prior guests seen throughout the space. Someone else's partially used bar soap left in shower soap dish. Piece of bed frame protruding about 6 inches out of alignment from base of bed, for someone to stub their foot, particularly in darkness. Room air smelled of cigarette smoke. Owner was notified and declined to provide resolution or compensation. Also: They wouldn't print or provide a receipt for the card transaction. These people ripped me off. I paid in advance on line. We checked in and discovered the room had no tub. My main purpose for renting this room was for a relaxing bath. They had one room available left with a tub. She wouldn't switch our room because we ride bikes. I told her we would leave the bikes outside. She refused to switch rooms and my pre paid reservation was non refundable. I pretty much got screwed out of my one night if luxury and was left in tears. Strait up heartless

Be very careful with this motel. They will say that they will put a $35 incidental hold on your credit card, yet, weeks later you'll get a $35 charge. If you dispute it with your credit card company, the motel will say that you were charged for an upgrade. There's nothing you can do after that, so be very careful. They robbed me and know how to steal legally. Tricks of the trade.

Cozy inn has got to be the worst place,
First, the management sucks. I emailed them 5 times explaining to them what happened, the least they can do is respond one of them, yet, nothing.
I contacted Expedia, they said they will contact the hotel directly based on what happened and let me know about what they say, Expedia said this hotel is unable to honor their words.
I did everyone a favor by canceling my stay with this hotel since I've fallen ill. I don't want to expose anyone else to what ever I have so the responsible choice is to not go.

My stay at the Cozy Inn was very pleasant. The staff was all courteous and efficient. The rooms are very clean. You know this because everything is covered in white.
When an issue did arise with the room, they took care of it quickly and efficiently. They also offered me a free upgrade on my next stay. I recommend this to anyone it was a nice little getaway.

It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed. When I showered there was a bar of soap left from the person who had the room before me. I could not get the TV to work, no matter what input channel it was on it said "no signal". The pool is very small and the rooms are not quite as pictured (Maybe it's because I was on the second floor)
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a king bed, it was very comfortable and I had plenty of pillows! I needed makeup wipes to wash my mascara off and did not want to get it on their towels (if their linens come back not

Cozy Inn Costa Mesa. Like the name of the inn. it’s very cozy! On top of it , this place surprisingly way better than what I expected. The staff are lovely. The room is spacious, it’s super clean, I can smell the freshness when I first walked into my room. Best of all the price is very inexpensive. You will never find another hotel with the same price tag would have this level of standard.
The decor of the room is contemporary, hard wood floor with earn tone color wall. Blend so well with the bed headboard color and design.

As I mentioned I am on an extended stay here.
Last night the disturbance in the parking lot was disturbing to say the least. There have been so many I guess this one was fairly minor. It was more about the guests storming up and down the stairs and knocking on doors at 1:30am. They got a little upset when I took a photo and proceeded to bully and harass me for the rest of the night.
This is not the first incident here. And if the owner hadn't been rude to me I may have just let it slide. But full disclosure is always good!

I really liked this place, it was very cozy actually and the room was nice & clean. The beds are super soft and I slept better than I have in months... its also pretty quiet.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you're considering doing so

This place is very bad don't come here owner is so disrespectful I saw him yell at a man and kick him out it's dirty I stayed her for 1 night left before I had to they don't care about the customer the only good thing about this place is they have beds if your really tiered.

When my partner and I got into our room, there was tons of fruit flies in the room, the shower has dirty soap from the previous guest still in it and the coffee maker had mold in it!

We were extremely disappointed with the service. To top it off, They offered zero apologies, refused a 30 minute late checkout the following morning. I left my laptop charger plugged into the wall after working on it that morning.

After being threatened an additional charge, we rushed to leave and I forgot to grab my charger. I called for 3 days straight and got ZERO response. I left messages. Spoke with employees
