Behind our gorgeous, jewelry laden showroom sits our workshop, where our on-sight goldsmiths repair and create fine jewelry. Our fully trained goldsmiths are certified in metal work, stone setting and custom jewelry design. We firmly believe in our craft and in order to ensure the future of metalwork and quality handmade jewelry creation, we run a goldsmith apprenticeship program.

These pieces can be used as inspiration, but we will not make the same exact piece over again. We pride ourselves in all of our custom pieces being unique and one of a kind. Each ring is different, so sizing is determined on a case by case basis. Because of this, we ask you to bring the ring into our shop to be assessed. However, sizing eternity bands (rings with stones around the entire band) is a labor intensive process, if sizing can even be done at all. Just bring your ring in and we will determine the best possible option to fit your needs and budget.
To keep your Lifetime Warranty active, please visit us for a cleaning and inspection every 6 months. We will send you a postcard every 6 months as a reminder to bring in the jewelry item for inspection and cleaning. We will inspect, clean, polish and maintain your jewelry for free for as long as you own it.

While visiting from out of state, we contacted Scottsdale Fine Jewelers to see if it would be possible to have an inherited diamond reset into a newly purchased mount and completed during our short stay. From the initial message to the pickup, Scott, Jill, and Kathy were all so helpful, efficient, and kind! When I walked in 3 of the employees greeted me. It was very nice. I told them why I was there. I lost a diamond out of my ring. Scott a jeweler looked it over said he could fix it, he suggested a way he could fix it so I wouldn't keep losing it. I agreed with him and the price was very reasonable. They all were so knowledgeable, personal and friendly. Scott took his time, I just can't say enough about these people, except thank them.

I located Scottsdale Fine Jewelers through a google search and reading the reviews. I was looking for an independent jewelry store to resize a ring. It was important to me and then obvious to me that they were knowledgeable, personable, and skillful. Jill took care of me when I dropped off my ring and she was polite, educational, and she made me feel valued as a customer. My ring was ready when they said it would be and it fits perfectly!

Terrific experience at Scottsdale Fine Jewelers. Needed r&r on a ring handed down from my grandfather to give to my grandson. These folks treated this small deal like it was a big ticket sale. They explained what they would do, then did an outstanding job - finishing several days early. Price was more than reasonable and the ring looks amazing. I will return to this family business again, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

A great jeweler is hard to find but THIS IS THEM!!! I drive 32 miles to get to SCOTTSDALE FINE JEWELERS because they're worth it and I trust them. Scott and Jill have designed and repaired several pieces of jewelry for my husband and I. They are always fair, professional and honest. Top Notch, and good people.
