I think my driver's name was Eric. My wife's car broke down in Madison, TN near the freeway. He arrived within 15 minutes, and he immediately spotted what was wrong with the car, which was helpful so that a shop won't try to take advantage of us. Overall I was pretty happy with Bailey's.

Awful. My son was moving home from Colorado to Georgia. He broke down 4 hours away from home. This company was called by the police to move my sons car. He does not have a checking account and Venmo was having service issues. They would not take our credit card over the phone. They wanted cash. They wouldn't drop his car at a repair shop without the cash so they towed his car to their place. We had to money gram him money through Walmart. He had to Uber to Walmart and back and paid them $175. He asked them to tow the car 0.9 miles to the repair shop. They wouldn't do it but for $90. They

Sad to hear that the "lady" working the counter pulled a gun out when asked a simple question about their VERY UNREASONABLE rates. Will never, ever use their service.

If you're fine with people who pull guns on customers questioning their ridiculous prices then this is the place for you!

Unprofessional service. Pulled a gun on a customer whose car they towed. Treating anyone like that is deemed unnecessary and their prices are outrageous on top of that. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Louie charged me 175 dollars to drop my motorcycle I paid it thinking this was the proper fee. Got home looked up the statutes and ordinance for metro Nashville tow prices and it clearly states that the fee should not exceed 55 dollars. I just want everyone to understand that unless they tow your vehicle all the way to their lot the fee to drop is 55 dollars if one gets there before they move their tow truck. This low life ripped me off and me not understanding the statute paid it in full on the spot. Do not deal with these people. This predatory and fraudulent business model is disgusting! I will

Unfortunately my car Broke down, with my newborn. I called from Firestone's referral. I Was given an hour to an hour and half time estimate. Notified them about being stranded with a newborn. She said there was nothing they could do. After 2 and a half hours, I called. She informed me that metro called and they took precedence. I asked why she didn't call to inform me and she states "well i thought you were leaving your car so I didn't think I needed to." Then says the wrecker still has to drive the 'metro cars' to the lot then they'll be on the way. Luckily

My husband and I were stranded at Opry Mills at 2am after a movie and called for a tow back to Murfreesboro. $145 mind you. We were told it would be 30 to 45 minutes and we waited well over an hour. When he finally showed up, asked us to try to start the car after he tightened the battery and when it started, he said, - well, you wanna try to drive it? My husband said ok, and it died again not 30 seconds after we took off. The driver saw, came back and we told him we just needed a ride. Apparently in the minute between us testing the car out and us flagging him back down when it died, he got a

Horrible.

Waited 4 and half hours, truck finally arrived at 4:38 but by then it was too late to get the car to the shop before closing. An entire day wasted.

Be warned AAA uses them (among others), so you might request they use another tow service if you are using AAA.

I told my friend it was bailey's and she said - "oh my GOD! That's who made me wait 6 hours broken down in a parking lot on a 100 degree day a few years ago!" She was using triple A.

If AAA doesn't have an alternate when I try in the morning I'll call another tow service without going through AAA
