Got into a car accident and they came 3 hours late. When they finally did get there, the tow man called the police and added an extra $100 and did not let me know that since the police showed up, it’s going to be an extra fee for towing. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional and very rude treatment that I received after waiting 3 hours for help. There’s a reason why they’re the cheapest towing in Nashville. It’s crummy service.

Had a 2004 Cadillac LXR Roadster that would not start and was parked head first in our garage. It needed to go to Terry’s Auto Service and they suggested West Nashville Wrecker Service. Nathan was the “Tow Master” of the day! He had many challenges including a small and crooked driveway plus the stubborn car in the garage. He figured out what to do and after a couple of hours of maneuvering he got the car out of the garage and on the truck!! Thank you West Nashville Wrecker for having an employee like Nathan, he is a star player!

I hate to admit that I’ve needed a towing service twice in one week, but both experiences were positive. The wrecker showed up in a reasonable time period and towed our vehicles at a very reasonable price. I have tried numerous other companies in our area with poor performance after poor performance. I highly recommend this company.

I found myself in a very unique situation at Green Hills Mall and needed a tow truck to get me out of a "rut". Couldn't believe thay were able to come within the hour and Kevin was awesome. He was very reassuring and confident which in turn made me feel a whole lot better.
I can't say enough good about this guy. If we ever need a tow again, and I'm sure we will, I would hope they send Kevin!

Great service! Called AAA for a tow with my membership and was told it would be $112 plus a 3% fee for using a credit card. Disappointed, I called WNWS and was given a much lower price. They arrived within the hour and had my car dropped in 30 minutes. Very kind and helpful!
