Point blank, If you are towed by VIP, CALL COPS IMMEDIATELY or nothing will get done & You will end up having to pay them in order to get your car out! They Towed my car out of my parking with my pass clearly visible. When I called they claimed that my pass was not visible. Upon going down there we saw that it was visible and that the receptionist was lying however they would not release my car no matter how we escalated the situation they wanted $300 Or they would not release my car! If I could give -10 stars, I would.
Twice have these guys been contacted by my insurance to tow my vehicle. Twice have they taken over 8 hours to show up to tow said vehicle, which by then the mechanic shop is already closed, and they HAVE to take it to their yard, as I live in a apartment building.
So I’ve had to pay for storage fees, ($600) due to THEIR failure as people and as a company, because that’s how they make their money. Making people pay storage fees to get their car that THEY said verbatim “it will be no problem to take it in the morning because the tow is not complete.”

My car was towed by VIP towing and when I called to get a price quote for picking up my vehicle they told me $242.50 over the phone, and when I showed up an hour later I was then told by the very rude receptionist that the price changed to $257.50. This business is a scam. Be careful because they overcharge you just because you're at the mercy of them having your car. Criminals with a business license!

My vehicle was towed with over an hour left on the parking app, Front desk said it was going to coast $212.50 to get my vehicle out for their wrongful Towing. I proved based on pics and time stamps of their error, but the person working the desk doesn't have the authority to release your vehicle. They then tell you to call Elite Parking for disputes, whom does not respond. When asked to speak with someone beyond the person answering the phone at VIP parking, they stated there is no one else, and they were the president and CEO of the company, and hung up the phone. Highly upset. They towed my car from a paid garage but the I let used my car parked in a space that said reserved. So my upset comes when I see the break down of the charges. They over charged me on the mileage. From 235 Beach walk to their tow yard on sand access rd was only 7.9 miles away. Yet they charged me for 11 miles at 7.50 per mile so $82.50 just for mileage.
I asked how did they calculate the miles. The lady at the window stated they used Google maps. Soooo that's funny I pulled up the directions on Google not one of the routes shown an 11 mile trip.

The people working here are some of the worst people I've ever encountered in my life. They aren't just rude, they genuinely lack humanity. I went to pick up my car and knocked on the window. I was ignored for several minutes. I knocked again and the same thing happened. It took about 10 minutes until they even opened the window to talk to me (I could see the employee in there and she was talking on the phone). I called to request towing on our recovered stolen vehicle that was found in terribly unsafe spot and without a battery. I barley got done explaining our situation before the incredibly rude individual stated that they would not be sending drivers to our location. When we asked if they knew of anyone who could get our car, they said 'nope' and hung up.
It's 7pm at night in a unsafe part of town. Thank goodness the police officer who recovered our truck was kind enough to wait with us while someone towed our vehicle.
I don't know who I spoke to at "VIP" towing but I'd really love to find out.

Sam helped tow my husband's car from the side of the freeway to out house. It did take a while for them to come. Once Sam got in touch with my husband, he had better expectations. He came and picked up the keys, then returned with the car. We currently have a big roll-off trash bin in the driveway and we live on a flag lot. I honestly didn't think a tow truck driver was going to get in to our garage area. He has great skills for reversing it into a tight turn. Did an amazing job and was very considerate thinking of my husband spoiled car.

Really disappointed with VIP towing customer service. We have USAA insurance which has amazing customer service, but even they had extreme difficulty working with VIP towing. It took a week for VIP towing to get our Tesla to the body shop. Interesting that they racked up lot storage fees for a week. I wouldn’t recommend VIP to anyone unless they are your only option.

2 weeks ago our trailer was stolen and we caught VIP red handed with our trailer. This isn't the first time they did dirty business. They told cops they "borrowed the trailer". They stole it and got caught red handed. DO NOT TO BUSINESSES WITH THIS SHADY, STEALING COMPANY!! They steal and rip there customers off!!!

Our car was just towed from in FRONT of my brothers house tonight. No signs saying we can't park in front of his house and we were not impeding any other driveways or neighbors. $265 to get our car back. Paid $25 for STORAGE? Service was #1! we had a flat with no spare. Said it'd be an hour to get to us, they were there in 27 min. Then, when all the other tire shops around were closed (including VIP) the driver called up the shop and they kept the place open for us and put a new tire in no time.
