I've had O'Sung Towing sent several times in response to my AAA calls. This time was a tow for my car with engine problems. There were a few hiccups in getting the truck / driver there due to miscommunication (mostly mine) and a very (very!) busy towing day (first weekday of the month), but the driver (Kimo) who came was *great* - quick, polite, accurate, professional - could not have asked for more or better service! Mahalo to Kimo and the O'Sung Team.

This towing company is AMAZING! the day prior i had requested towing service and waited two hours and was updated another hour wait time. i left to try again in the morning. this towing company immediately called and gave me an update & let me know they would be there in half an hour. less than a half hour later the company had arrived and was so helpful & knowledgeable on what they were doing. 10000% recommend this company!

I wasted one of my AAA tows for the year because they insisted on having my car towed to their shop even though they don’t service transmissions. The next day when the mechanic looked at it, they called to have it towed to the dealership. Two tows in less than 14 hours. Once it got to the dealership, it wasn’t even the transmission!! It was a fried fuse.

My car battery died around 8am on a Saturday and I called AAA and after about a 5 minute chat session they set up someone to help keep with the battery. I looked on my app and it says an hour or longer wait time. Not 10 minutes later someone from o'su ngs called and said someone was on their way. 2 minutes later Benny called and said he was 10 minutes away!! A short time later he diagnosed my problem, changed the battery and got me on my way. I'd say the whole process took around 30 mins.

They tow cars good. But then again...that IS their main job. Where they fail miserably is with every other service they provide. They just have no knowledge about any of the mechanics. WARNING If you have ANY mechanical issue, do not let them crank your car or drive it. They can seriously damage your vehicle. This was my experience with them them and, afterwards, the owner calls me saying he was a mechanic yet, after discussing the issue with him, realized that he knew nothing about the subject in question. Would give only 1 star but their tow service is okay.

Had a flat tire and pulled into the Aloha Stadium parking lot. Called AAA and they sent O Sung's towing to change my tire. Johnny from O Sung's called to confirm my location and found me right away. He was so nice, he changed my tire quickly and efficiently. He then reloaded my trunk and had me on my way. I've been having a new battery issue which resulted in my car battery to be completely dead after parking it in my enclosed parking garage where I live after only 2 1/2 weeks. The battery was so dead that three portable starting devices could not turn it over.

Had to call AAA this morning because my car wouldn't start and they sent O'Sung Towing out to me. The tow truck driver was professional and great at communicating. He even took the time to text me a photo of what may be an oil leak that he noticed and also pointed it out to the car service dept. for me when the dropped it off. I was very happy with their services.

I recently called AAA for a dead battery. O’sung was dispatched. Although I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for them to be free to arrive , they kept me informed of the time estimate and updates. The service technician called when he was on the way . Once he arrived I found the whole experience to be of utmost professionalism . I purchased a new battery because mine was way too old and it was time for a new one . Overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Tow company agreed to tow my boyfriends car to the marine base at a certain time. Did not find out til
Later that they did not tow at the scheduled time and ended up canceling on Towing my boyfriends car which was really inconvenient for him. Time wasters. They even hung up on the insurance company that my boyfriend has. Do better and get your crap together.

Getting ready for my morning walk before work and s..t. I see a flat tire. Since I carpool this becomes a multiple person problem. I call AAA and they assign O'sung to change out the flat. Call at 6:10am and they are here by 6:47am!
Courteous masked driver removes the spare, checks the pressure, removes the flat, installs in spare is out by 7:05am.
This is actually the third time in three years I've had a flat that O'sung changed out and I've been happy each time.
Ended up getting to work on time. Since my carpool buddy punches a clock, this saved her for getting docked

Not one of my happier days, but Junior's professionalism, friendly service and timeliness (understand about workload, rush hour, traffic, etc) made a bummer of a day a lot better. I've always been impressed by O'Sung's clean rigs, but it pales in comparison to their employees' professionalism!

Came home from a 4 day Vegas trip and my truck battery was dead at the airport parking lot. O'Sung came out ASAP when they were dispatched to my location. He had to try a few different ways to get the car onto the tow-truck involving pushing it uphill in the intense heat. He was very patient and diligent, and even kept a good sense of humor! Called to schedule a tow and specifically asked for a flatbed as the car is lowered. The lady asked if u could fit a soda can underneath. Interesting question but I knew what she was getting at. So I answered all the questions hoping to get the tow done in two days at 0800. That specific time was not available and the lady said 0900. I took it and was quoted $400. Thought that was kind of high but if I don't have to worry, so I'll take it. She also informs me the driver will call prior to 0900.

Needed to tow my vehicle and O'sung promptly dispatched a tow driver who arrived within the hour. I was anxious about how the driver would hook up my all-wheel-drive vehicle. Asked him so many questions, including first and last name, and what high school he went to. Yes! Connections often start this way in Hawaii, right? LOL

4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Parked in a parking garage. My car would not start and so I called this towing company at the suggestion of Pacific Honda. Wow! I got such good service. The phone receptionist answered with the name of the company (always a good sign) and asked all the pertinent questions. She had a driver to me in about 30 minutes and sent a smaller truck because of the low ceilings in the garage.

The service technician Benny is very knowledgeable and explained that the starter and alternator were still good, only the battery needed to be replaced.
We also had a brand new battery with him and gave me the option if I wanted to buy or just get one on my own.
The price was reasonable and since I only have one car, I asked him to replace the battery.

I called this company on a Sunday afternoon to get an estimate for a tow. I'm stalled in kalihi by kam 4 and needed a tow back to Kaneohe. A lady answers the phone and asks a few questions (year, make, model, location, etc.....) puts me on hold to get the price. Comes back on and quotes me $330! That's crazy! I won't be calling or using this company again.

I recently had to use AAA to get my vintage Vw towed. The company dispatched through AAA Was o'sungs. I understood it would be about an hour and a half wait because I specifically requested a flatbed. I was informed by O'sung's dispatcher informing me as to where their driver was and ETA At least twice and once by the driver himself.
Upon arrival their driver Ben had a very cool and casual demeanor and was very patient and professional. He was very thorough and knew exactly how to get my lowered Vw loaded. He put my mind at ease knowing my baby would be well taken care of

So... I had parked on the side of the road on Kinau and had my two passenger tires slashed by a homeless man angry I didn't have any money to give him. At 3am in the morning you can imagine how upset and desperate I was.
