Arrived in Pearl City about a half hour after I confirmed the tow (after getting a quote more than $60 higher from "Affordable" Towing). Delivered the car to Waianae in 1 hour. Very courteous dispatcher and driver. Very happy camper, here.

Cheap Towing is truly the cheapest towing on island. Don't go with anyone else until you price it against cheap towing. It's a small family run business, so it may take some time for them to get to you. But they are friendly, take care of your car, and offer advice too. Call ahead a couple of hours if you have a specific time you want it moved. I won't use anyone else.

My car was stuck in Hawaii Kai and I had got it towed to Town side which cost me only $90! I called other towing companies and everyone else was charging me $170+ (they really stick to their name lol) Honestly the customer service was great too. My tow guy came in less than 30 minutes and dropped my car off at my home with no scratches. Definitely referring them around. Thanks Cheap Towing!

They came about 30 mins late but as soon as they got there Jason had the car hooked up in less then 5 minutes and we were on our way. I paid $90 to get a tow from Pearl Ridge to Honda Winward Auto Body Shop. This is Hands down the most affordable tow I've ever had.
My car needed to get hooked up from the front and Jason helped me push my car back (up hill) to make that happen. I now have their number saved in my phone and will use them again.

It took a while to get in contact with this towing company since the line was always busy. When I finally got an answer, the owner told me to text him my address, and a tow truck would show up in 30 minutes. I texted him my address, and kind of expected a reply. After waiting 15 minutes, I got kind of nervous so I called again and he confirmed the tow truck was on it's way. Sure enough, it showed up 30 minutes after the initial call.

The owner Young answered my call quickly, gave me a straightforward estimate which was way cheaper than others I had just gotten, arrived when he said he would, and performed the tow efficiently. The price was right so I used him again the next day and the service was even better. Young dropped my girlfriend off at her work on the way to the mechanic, and also waited for me at the mechanic for 15 minutes then offered me a ride back to my work.
At the end of the day I try to do business

I needed a tow on MLK day during rush hour and these guys came out and got me to where I needed to go pretty quickly and at least half the price that the two other towing companies wanted to charge me. The guy I talked to wasn't the friendliest, but I will take fast and cheap over general chattiness on the phone. When he showed up the gruffness went away quickly. He honored a discount via checking in on Yelp and took a credit card no problem. I would call him again in a heartbeat though I hope I don't have to again anytime soon.

Not sure what everyone is raving about on here. I was stuck at Walmart PC at 5:30 in the morning. Asked a friend to send me tow truck company numbers so I could find someone who could help me out. They opened at 6 so I called at 6:01. I explained that I was stuck and needed a tow. All he said was, sorry I'm busy today I can't get you.
