Dr. White lied and told my husband that he needed to get X-rays before he could clean his teeth. After which, my husband stopped going but I continued until...
Dr. White capped one of my molars ... when smooth...yet... I learned later it had not been properly cleaned down to the root. A couple weeks later when I had pain, he told me it was an exposed gum line.... However, due to the continued pain, I returned and he referred me for a root canal after which I was referred for a molar removal by other specialists.
My husband was rather upset and

This was my first visit to a new dentist in quite a long time. I have been going to another dentist in another part of town for quite a while but felt like I needed a change. I did not know anything about Dr. White so everything about this visit was brand new. My first impressions is that the office is very up-to-date, all of the staff were very welcoming, and the professional care I received made me feel very comfortable. I have had some timidity about going to the dentist throughout my life but I felt as ifThey had my best interest at heart. The cleaning was very well done but not aggressive

My family and I just moved to Knoxville and had such a great experience here. Very family friendly and professional. Their team is great, especially with my kids. My 3 year old had her first visit to the dentist and had a great experience! Dr Brad White is probably one of the most honest and friendly dentists I've met. We are loving our new dentist! They have an affordable family plan for those without dental insurance and it's so much cheaper than our last dentist. I highly recommend them.

Best dental appointment I've ever had. Everyone in the office was extremely professional, polite and thorough. Dr White was very personable and made it a point to get to know me. Also, I did not feel like I was being sold anything which seems out of the ordinary for dentist offices these days. Having recently moved to Knoxville, I'm so grateful to have found this dental office.

My family has been going to Dr. Brad for years. Our wait time is always minimal or no time at all. They do not pack their appointments so our time is never wasted. All of the staff is very professional and I feel confident in their expertise. Our young children enjoy going there and are never scared. I absolutely recommend Dr. White to anyone that asks.

One of the downfalls with moving is find new professionals to trust. It takes some searching and researching to find the right office/doctor. Had my first visit at Dr. Whites office and can say nothing but good things. Dr. White is personable and knowledgeable along with his staff. They made becoming a new patient very easy and would highly recommend him!

This office was amazing. Litterly felt like i went to a spa not a dentist. This will be my 2end tooth extraction & the numbing shot didn't feel a thing. The staff goes out of there way 2 make u feel comfortable & act like they know u personally & glad 2 c u. All in all was the most amazing dentist& staff Ive ever delt with & will use them from now on.

I have only been a patient since the beginning of the year, but it is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. Dr. White takes time and is very personable, not your "typical" dentist. I thought the hygienist could have been a little more thorough on my cleaning (but it was still within acceptable) , but otherwise a stellar experience.

After over 20 years with one of the best dentists in town, he was unable to see me for an emergency for weeks, but Dr. White's office got me in the next day. 1st time I needed any dental work (other than cleaning) and it was the most simple, easy and painless experience I could have hoped for. Expecting much pain/recovery, I was A-OK within just a couple hours with no after pain at all. Extremely highly recommended from me!!! Thank you so much!!

I stumbled across this office by accident. The first time I stepped in they showed me the rooms and everything and made me feel really comfortable and at home. I went today for my first cleaning and it was probably the best experience at a dentist I've ever had. Everyone there was so nice and the doctor was really cool. He has probably the best personality for a dentist that I have ever come across. I got to watch TV and a massage chair while they did my cleaning which is something that I have not experienced before. I look forward to my next cleaning or procedure and I hope to get the rest

I have been seeing one dentist my entire life but recently moved so I was a little nervous about trying a new place! This place is conveniently located, easy to find and has a beautiful, clean waiting area and treatment rooms. The receptionist was very friendly, sweet and helpful and took her time to explain things before and after my appointment. The hygienist that did my cleaning was fabulous. Super fun personality and very efficient with her work. I was quite comfortable the entire time.
