Today was our first time in the office, we traveled an hour an a half to the Columbus location. Everyone was so nice and to make it even worth while my child was very comfortable and satisfied with the care he received. I was so pleased i shared contact information with my best friend. She's calling in to schedule her kids an appointment tomorrow.

I have been twice, once for a general check up where they found my 2 year old would need fillings. Today 1/25/20 we went to get the fillings and the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The procedure took less than 30 mins and they had to put my child to sleep. They were very helpful with putting my mind at ease and explaining everything that would need to be done.

I brought my daughter to Kool Smiles today and we had the pleasure of meeting doctor Haynes. She was so great her bedside manner was awesome! She explained everything to my daughter as she was doing it, and it was a very comforting experience when someone has never had a cavity, and it was explained to her completely I recommend anybody coming to meet and be under Dr. Haynes care. I don't have enough words to say how great she is!!!

Dr.Chin, Miss. Becca, and the front receptionist are amazing! I had braces for three years, and every single visit I was always greeted with a smile from the front desk to the back, walked me step by step through the procedures, and always answered my questions. Now I have a perfect smile and love to smile 24/7 thanks to Dr.Chin and the wonderful staff members. I have never had a problem scheduling my appointments, getting in for an emergency appointment, or rescheduling my appointments. Dr.Chin still follows up with to see how my teeth are doing, how my retainers are working, and will do adjustments

Made an appointment for 11:00 due to severe toothache. Arrived at 10:30. Completed paperwork, gave insurance card. Sat and waited until 12:30. Was then called up and told couldn't verify with insurance. That took 1 1/2 hours? Turns out all was needed was another insurance card. Asked to return at 1:00 pm. Came back at 12:45. Waited another hour, still nothing. Throughout the three hours not one person asked if I was okay. Compassion? Zero communication. Made an appointment at another dentist office while I waited. Let them know I was leaving and was told that the wait time was because I didn't

Not a total fan of this dental chain.
They pride themselves as being a family dentistry, but do not accept adults on the weekends. Why? I'm not sure, when it's easier for children to miss a few hours of school on the weekdays instead of adults. There is also usually a few days wait to schedule an appointment which is a huge inconvenience when you need immediate care for emergency services.
The phone system is also not ideal where you're routed to a main phone system when most times you need to speak to your actual office on regards to records or follow up.
Staff is mildly friendly

I am so grateful to Dr. Vishnu and Cordell for excellent service. My son was extremely nervous. They answered all 21 of his questions. They worked very well together to make him comfortable. If you are looking for a place that has an atmosphere, that is centered around all children. Kool Smiles is the one.

Dr. Adams & Heidi are amazing. They really made the experience for my daughter comfortable, she was scared at first. They had really calm voices which helped with my daughter feeling comfortable and trusting them. I'm glad that they cared for her because not everyone I have encountered at Kool smiles before was patient and kind like they were. Thank you so much 😊

Dr didn't explain results/findings to me from my sons visit. Dr never even acknowledged my presence in the room. Once complete, she told the clerk to schedule my son's next appt.
I was confused because she never said anything was wrong, yet she wanted my son to come back for a filling on a cavity that was never mentioned to the parent.
VERY POOR COMMUNICATION

I've heard such negative things about this company. My son has had three appointments here, though, and I've never had a problem. We always wait around 10-15 minutes past our appointment time; but not a big deal. They have a little foam play area and some games. Front desk staff is never really nice. The assistants and hygienists make up for it. The dentist is nice but always very brief. I kind of question if she really looked inside my sons mouth.
When we leave my son always gets a few trinkets which is a nice touch. Although im pretty sure most children's dentists do this

I had an appt for 9 am and it happened to be the staff meeting time, so I had to wait for that. The tech who did my exrays was very nice, then the dental hygentist did an excellent job and was really nice and listened to all my concerns and addressed them. After she was done, suddenly from behind, Dr. Vaughn (I think that was her name, but she was so quick, I wasn't sure. She was an African American female) came from behind, looked at my mouth and mumbled something and was gone. I would have preferred to talk to the dentist, but didn't have the chance. Next time I will make sure
