The Andy may have been nice at on time but not anymore. Bridge Development and Asset Management took the property over this year and have done a terrible job. The property is constantly a mess and the trash… rooms are beyond disgusting. The worst part is that Bridge Development and Asset Management really just want to take advantage of college students and not do their jobs. I currently can’t even get a response as to when my actual move-out date is because they messed it up and have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. By far the worst managed property around campus. Also the 5 star
