This apartment is quite clean and well cared for with a huge parking lot. It's a little on the expensive side, but you get a dishwasher and pretty good appliances. It's really close to OSU which is nice. The office staff changed up a bit and now they are all really nice and helpful. For an apartment, this one is not bad at all.

Decent apartments. The price is a little steep for a college student. I live in a 1-bedroom by myself and pay $660, plus electric and wifi. The water, sewer, garbage, and extended basic cable is included. I probably average a total of about $750 per month in the cold season.
The downside to living in one of the 1-bedrooms is that they are all ground-level and there seems to not be very good insulation between the downstairs apartments and upstairs townhouses. It sounds like my neighbors are stomping when they walk and if they drop something, I jump (I think they have kids, so it happens a lot
