AVOID LIVING HERE AT ALL COST ; RESTRICTIONS ON ALOMST ALL THE AMENITIES
This is probably one of the worst places near campus. Let me start off by saying they seem to not care about your wellness . It's horrible to have had such high hopes for the Soto only to realize after that they totally scam you and don't care about the tenants. The management was terrible when it came to property theft. With all the money everyone pays to live here they can at least do the bare minimum and allow the tenants access to the Courtyard this month but nope it's under "renovation" I go

This place was a nightmare, the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the maintenance team and front-line staff were friendly/helpful.
Amenities - during my year as a tenant, the printers, tanning bed, elevator and one of the essential machines in the workout room were "down for maintenance". The pictures of the common rooms (forget what they're called) and the "fitness center" could not stray further from how they actually look. Also, the WIFI is awful, although the maintenance team will help you reset. What is most shocking is that the parking

I absolutely despised living here. I was miserable. I was next to an elevator and it made loud noises ALL day long. I slept in the living room because it was unbearable. It was overpriced and too small. The management didn't care about anything when I told them about any problems or concerns. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I've lived here almost 9 months now and recently had a really positive interaction with management about a lost package. The package being sent to me was mislabeled but they helped me find it and have always been positive with me and professional. Also, they are incredibly responsive to maintenance issues when they occur. My unit is small, but everything is nice inside and out.

I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about on here, because my time with Uncommon has been great. All information was clearly given to me and the process was simple and easy to get everything in. The manager went over the lease and made sure to hit all the points my parents and I needed to know. Obviously the building is awesome, the furnishings are cool and the staff is always friendly so that's a bonus! My whole apartment renewed their lease to stay because you can't beat the location and awesome things Uncommon has in the building! It seems that the people leaving bad

So far, not impressed. They conveniently leave out the fact that ALL incoming tenants cannot move in until 4 days before school starts, en masse (like a dorm!) but demand rent for all of September. We own apartments in Portland and it would be ILLEGAL for us to demand rent on the 1st and refuse to give the keys until 3 weeks later! It's dishonest and not transparent. So if this duping of students doesn't bother you, sign on the dotted line. Hopefully the next year will be a positive one at this newer apartment complex...in that rent will be applied correctly, parking remains secure

If you want a leasing office that works with you and is reliable and sticks to their word, KEEP LOOKING.
My roommates and I met with one of their leasing agents last spring. He told us that they would allow us to buy out of our lease in June (it ran until September). As that time neared, we met with the office again and they said that there was NO WAY we could do that and that has NEVER been the policy, even though the company changed halfway through our lease. They also said that the agent we spoke with before no longer works with them and they have no record of him ever working for them. And
