Extremely kind manager who provided ice from his own coolers because the ice machine, pool and hot tub had to be closed due to covid. They also reflected the lack of being able to provide extra amenities, including breakfast, in the room rate making it a very affordable stay. We booked the room a week in advance and still ended up with a mountain view.

Spacious room and king-sized bed for a small upgrade. Cute quilts that are so much nicer than the usual polyester motel bedspread. Nice seating area on the balcony. Next to the road so some road noise but we just turned on the fan and it was fine. Nice attendant.

Dated motel 50s or 60s maybe. Walls are thin, hear water running, radios, probably have courtside seats for other activities. Clean, freshly painted. TV, micro, refrigerator, present in room. Beds are very firm. Early evening can hear lots of traffic.
Pool, hot tub, breakfast, all shut down. Covad restrictions. Prices are $40 to $50 cheaper then other places. Get what you pay for.

Got a last minute room here for a night. The room was pretty large and the bed wasn't too bad. Bathroom was a little dirty and the shower water pressure was not great. Check in clerk was very nice. It did the trick for the night but would probably not stay here for an extended period of time.

We booked in last minute so I didn't know what to expect, but everything you need for a good stay is here. The rooms were spotlessly clean and everything was in perfect working order. The noise from the main road was not intrusive and the beds were comfortable - no morning backache. The wifi worked quickly.

This was your average motel. The bed was comfortable enough.
Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions they have no amenities. No breakfast, no pool, no anything except your room. Since we had picked this place because it was decently priced with a nice looking pool, that was a bummer. It would’ve been nice to have simply lower capacity instead of none. They claimed the rates were lower because of it but it didn’t seem low enough considering.

Our family hit a snag when coming through the Monarch pass where our car overheated and required work that kept us in town. We’re on our way back to Connecticut on a road trip and really needed a comfortable and safe place for my family to wait this out. The people here are so nice. The woman at the front desk was welcoming, kind, and gave us a great room on the spot at a great rate. All 5 of us are comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommended

This place looks decent from their website (of course) and the reviews were generally good - they're wrong. Our room was run down, mattresses were saggy, room was very warm even with the heater turned off and windows open (in March), no a/c unit in the room.

Even worse there is literally no sound proofing between the rooms or outside...lots of noise including an intermittent crashing sound which sounded as though we were next to a gym and people were dropping stacks of weights to the floor. Our best guess is that these sounds were from pipes in the building but we're not sure.

Simple. Extremely clean, very dated. The fact that this place is so antiquated is not a concern as I stayed to hit up Monarch Mountain for some skiing. From a practical aspect, this place is perfect for crashing on a ski trip. Price was fair; personnel working the venue are helpful and very cordial. If you need a simple place to crash after a fun day up on Monarch... stay here!!! Oh, and the hot tub is perfect after a day on the slopes as well!

In conclusion, this place is old... but it seems to have been taken care of really well over the years. Snow sporters... this is the place!

This place is nothing fancy but for the price, you can't beat it. The room was pretty clean. It had a microwave and a mini fridge... breakfast was decent. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit and juice. My only complaint would be the pillows in the room. We got a king sized bed but the pillows were smaller than standard sized and were very lumpy and uncomfortable... the bed however, was very comfy... :) we would definitely stay here again.... but we'd bring our own pillows next time...

Stayed on night after our rafting trip. Got room 37. Room just got new carpeting, so that was a big plus. Layout was neat, not your typical 2 beds side by side. This one actually had a 2nd room for the other bed. It was separated by a 2/3 wall and doorway. No door, but still had some privacy. No microwave or fridge though so that's a negative. Beds were clean and comfy. It both of our blankets were torn. The room needed more cleaning as the high surfaces like the top lip of shower and top of tissue box were covered in a thick layer of dust. We cleaned them because it drove us crazy looking

First, this place is your typical motel. Outdoor access to the rooms, dated exteriors and interiors, but perfect otherwise. We booked the room via booking.com, the pricing was just right for a family room (two queens in one room, king in the other). The rooms were extremely clean, with no dust on the high surfaces. Beds comfortable with heating and air conditioning in each room. Both rooms had flat screen televisions, free wifi, an abundance of towels, and enough storage to put everything away. Check-in was simple, quick, and efficient. Nice and very clean pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. For the price

Probably not for dog owners. I booked at this hotel because they accepted pets and the places I usually stay were full. I was dismayed to find they accept them but provide NO place for walking your dog. The entire place is pavement and concrete. There is a lovely park a block away but it has a large "No Dogs" posting. The nearest grass is along broken pavement behind the hotel where there is also lots of trash. I saw several sighs in the neighborhood about "don't let you dog in this yard" so I felt like a nuisance. I wound up driving to a vacant lot about 10 blocks
