I was with APM for the last SEVEN years - I would highly recommend them to everyone!
The *people* at APM is the main reason why I signed with them and stayed with them. There's a very obvious culture there of caring for YOU, the tenant.
I genuinely thought my concerns were always addressed, when it was a maintenance issue, monthly rent, other tenants, etc. Even when there was a disagreement between myself and an APM employee - it was settled fairly and objectively.
Despite the handful of APM employees that have come and gone over the years (from the VP to maintenance folks), each one I interacted

I lived at 1114 Spruce Street for 7 months in 2019. I took over an existing lease. All of my maintenance requests were addressed within 2 days of my entering them. The front desk was easy to get ahold of and easy to deal with. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment three times and was able to get back in quickly thanks to the maintenance hotline. I never had any pest problems or had to deal with noisy neighbors.
A few things to be aware of when renting at this property. These were not problems for me but might be for some.
