If applicant is accepted, first and last month's rent plus a security deposit amounting to one month's rent will be paid in full upon signing of the lease agreement. We typically offer one-year leases. Some of our properties offer shorter term leases. After you fulfill your first one-year lease, you can then renew for another full year or you have the option to renew month to month for an additional fee.

I rented with Michael Singer for over 5 years. Nice, well-priced apartments, perfectly situated in close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Tiffany was always helpful with anything that came up along the way. Always had great neighbors in the building, too.

I have lived at 2220 Spruce Street for 4 years and I have no complaints at all. Linda is by far the best property manager ever ! Always responsive , and always fair. I have only had to place two work orders in my 4 years here.great price, great location, great management . I seriously can’t express how wonderful Linda has been to me from literally day 1 till now .

If you want a Property Management Company that is unable to communicate with its tenants in an efficient and respectable way, this is the one for you. Apartments are good for the location, size and price, but as a Property Management company, don't expect a response or proper communication.

I lived in one of their Rittenhouse buildings for about 5 years and I think as a city real estate company they are great. Living in an older building in Rittenhouse comes with its issues, but they were always extremely responsive in all departments. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, even when my fridge broke, I had a new one within a few days! They are a small business but they have a lot of properties, and still maintain a high level of customer service but it keeps the personal touch that you lose with the larger companies!

I lived at The Chatham apartments and have left a separate review of my issues with that specific property there. This review is about the Property Management Company. Unlike my comments about The Chatham, this PM Company I can't give more than one star.
When we moved in, we were moving in from out of state and they were less than helpful confirming the move-in process with us. So definitely will not help out other than tell you get a permit from the city and call your building to set up the move. All in all, room for improvement. A handful of maintenance issues out of the gate. As with any old apartment, I had issues with my radiator, toilet, and roaches-- BUT all within a month of my time here. I had to troubleshoot on my own for issues I didn't think I would be helped on promptly.
I had to email and call numerous times to be helped on my toilet (deeply clogged when I moved in, but I originally thought to be just slow as an old appliance. Then I noticed a broken flapper too.) including speaking to the owner of the company himself. A couple of wall outlets didn't work, and was not informed

Great place with reasonable rent in a wonderful location! I lived in my apartment for 5 years during graduate school and had a very good experience with the management and maintenance team. Linda is very responsive and very helpful - she always took care of my issues. Angelo is a sweetheart and he and his team took care of all my maintenance needs.
