If you need a realtor- Matt Antonio is a true professional and advocate for his clients. It was just luck that I met Matt via ZIllow- I inquired about a house at about 6am. Matt called me at 8 am and we saw the 1st of many houses the next day. Matt is smart and he was a builder in the past - so he knows the subject matter.
