Our family used Legacy for the final disposition of our brother. We could not have been more pleased. And their charges were much lower than several other Mortuaries in the area. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. Everything went so smoothly.

Many thanks to Legacy Funeral & Cremation Care for all the help we received during this process. The staff is just so kind, helpful and understanding. It just made the whole process so seamless. The texts I received showing concern asking how we're doing and making sure we know they’re always available if we have questions or concerns, have been greatly appreciated. The prayers and thoughtful words are so heartfelt. This team is in the right line of business, they’ve been so supportive throughout this process, their words and kindness go a long way.

We were provided an independent list of Mortuary services by our Pastor and the SD Medical Examiner (a friend of his). He stated that all have similar levels of professionalism, however the prices seem to cover a wide range. He said unfortunately people tend not to "shop" around while in this trying time. Legacy seemed to be in the middle upper range, however Rudee was the major factor in our decision. Her approach to this difficult time was excellent. there was no overbearing Sales pitch. There was an attitude of understanding and professionalism, and a "can do" attitude.

I have used Legacy twice now and both times they have helped me through each and every step you can’t even imagine. So many things pop up after someone dies that we don’t think about and why would we? Well they do and they send wonderful helpful messages that you can call if you need more information. I highly recommend these incredible people, nice and friendly staff.

I have unfortunately had to use a Funeral Home/Cremation Service on multiple occasions and I can honestly say that this was the most Professional, Helpful, Understanding, Nice and Incredible group of people that I have had the honor and pleasure to work with during the difficult time of losing a loved one!!! Everything that was handled from the pick up of the body, to the Cremation, to the setting up of the Service at Miramar, to the constant help and information was AMAZING! A Very Special THANK YOU goes out to RUDEE SLAVIK who I was in constant contact with and she was the one who made this whole
