When I lost my son, my family received excellent service from Mark Jenkins and staff at Preferred Cremation & Burial during that difficult time.
The customer service, attention to our family needs and their understanding of what I wanted when I didn't know exactly what to do.
The compassionate way Mr. Jenkins handled the planning with my family was so comforting and the staff was very helpful. The memorial service for our family and friends was done very professionally.

Just had the worst experience here!! The supposedly director just kicked everyone out!! When the contract was signed he stated that we would be able to rotate due to only 30 people allowed yet he changed his mind and said he would call the police of the grieving family if we did not leave! He was unprofessional, he also screamed at the grieving mother of the deceased because she was having anxiety and almost passed out , I am lost for words I am in disbelief that this man Named Eddie/ Ediberto Vega has caused so much pain to the family!! My Father's death could not have happened at a more devastating time, because of the pandemic I wasn't going to be able give him the proper services that he deserved, or so I thought. George Rowles and his team were able to provide our family with such a loving space for my Father and our family all while maintaining safe social distancing. During a time that was undoubtedly one of the hardest for my family and I, Mr. Jenkins and his wonderful staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and that my grandmother's services were held with compassion, dignity and grace. She would've been very pleased to know she was cared for with such love, care and attention to detail. She was undeniably our matriarch and she deserved nothing but the best. I had returned home to the East coast after the loss of my mother, when I received news a month later that my step-father had taken a sudden turn after surgery and passed away.
I searched online and found the listing for Preferred Cremation. I called and spoke to Mr. George Rowles, one of your Funeral Directors. He took down the necessary information to begin the arrangements for my step-dad. After I arrived in the local area the next day, I met Mr. Rowles to finalize everything and he was very understanding and easy to work with.
