Trainers like Lindsay really care about your success, so if you just show up you will get results because she has already done the hard part of program design. You will never regret attending a workout and over the years I have found that just showing up for the workout is all you have to do. Just put your feet on the floor and get here, that is the hard part.

The fun part is the workout itself. It is a luxury for me to be told what to do since I am so often teaching others. I started training with Lindsay in the fall of 2016, and she completely transformed my mindset and lifestyle. I have lost 20 lbs and I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been. She makes fitness easy to understand and fun to maintain.

I’ve been training with Lindsay for about 2 years now and have loved it! Even through the ups and downs of the pandemic, she’s a very good listener and always checks in regarding body concerns/pain. I train in her group classes and even in group setting it feel like a 1:1 session. I really enjoy the classes and the community she’s created.

I love embody fitness workouts! This gym has such a great vibe and the workouts kick my butt! I love the community here too, I have made so many new friends while also hitting my fitness goals! MY Favorite part is Lindsay’s ability to adapt the workouts for me individually, I can’t always do the exercises as intended since having a baby- and she has no problem giving me a different option! This place is a GEM!

Gym owner and trainer Lindsay is absolutely amazing. She has created a fitness community where everyone knows your name and it’s a positive environment to work towards your goals. I love the 1:1 attention you get in her small group classes. She trained me through pregnancy and was able to help me modify to continue to stay in shape throughout. Over the years, I’ve developed enough experience and know-how to venture off into having my own garage gym. Lindsay has been excellent with her online programming that gives me an affordable way to continue to pursue a number of goals in my health/longevity journey. She’s open to discussion/excellent at communicating and has exposed me to areas of training that have definitely yielded great results. For example, I had been working for years to fight off injury and improve my back squat. Within a few months of working with Lindsay I set a new PR in my own garage!

A year ago, I could bearly walk up stairs, pull myself up, get up off the floor or walk without my knees throbbing with pain. Lindsey listened to me when I shared this with her. The first thing she taught me was how to get myself up off the floor. She helped strengthen my knees by the use of TRX straps and constantly checked in with me and asked to how my knees were feeling. I can now do exercises I didn't imagine myself doing. Today I feel stronger and more confident because of her. I feel like I got my life back and am able to move and keep living my best life! Absolutely amazing!! Been working with Lindsay and Christina for about 6 months and can’t say enough good things. Postpartum and they have helped me regain gain confidence in my body and strength. They are constantly supporting me in and out of the gym, and provide a level of attentiveness that’s beyond any other gym I’ve experienced (including other small group gyms).

In a sea of trainers and gyms that claim to know what they’re doing, Embody fitness can actually fit that bill. Lindsay, the owner, runs the place with a passion and dedication that you’ll be hard pressed to find elsewhere.
I sought out a trainer to help me take off some of the burden off planning a customized workout schedule and help hold me accountable. I’ve been with her the past 2 months doing both app workouts she programs and individual in person sessions.

I love Embody fitness! I started out doing personal training with Lindsay and now do the group classes. It’s a great workout and Lindsay is amazing. She truly cares about her clients. Group classes are limited so she can give the personal attention to everybody. She’s super caring and thoughtful and just a joy to be around! Highly recommend this place. The workouts are great. Combination of strength and cardio. I’ve never done the same workout twice. She is very knowledgeable and has a killer physique. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place.

This is a super sweet neighborhood gym with great trainers and a lovely owner. I love how this place feels so accessible and welcoming to all. I'm not typically a gym exerciser but I've really enjoyed the mellow vibe here. It's small, clean and has everything I need. The membership prices are very reasonable, no contract and phenomenal deal on personal training with knowledgeable trainers.

We have been looking for a small gym and a personal trainer since we moved to Austin 2 years ago - which is why we were SO excited to find Lindsay. Her gym is so straightforward and approachable, which to us translates to "phew, no blaring music or rows of intimidating iron man contenders", and has all the equipment we need for cardio and weight training. Kind of like Hyde Park Gym in terms of mood, but less focused on weightlifting and feels more modern and female friendly.

I've been training with Lindsay (owner of Embody Fitness) for a few months now and it's apparent to me that I will find a way to move heaven and high-water to keep doing so. It's hard to find a good trainer. Sometimes the personalities aren't a good match. Sometimes the trainer doesn't really hear you or your goals or you can't hear them. None of that is the case with Lindsay.

First of all, she checks in with you about your body and goals or homework each time you see her. She remembers where you're at in your progress and what kinds of things you've worked

I joined Embody Fitness about 3 months ago and I love working out there! I was a member at Golds Gym for years and years, and was looking for something closer to my home that would be easier to get to during rush hours. This is a fantastic place to get in a workout, and Lindsey is a great trainer. Additionally she coaches on nutrition and the importance of how that alone can transform your body. She coaches with empathy and her client base is wide and broad, meaning: old and young, male and female, fit and not fit.
