They are crooks, they take advantage of people in their time of need. Also an employee by the name of Devin told the dispatcher a bold face lie about me not having the money to get my car towed. I wish I could give them a zero. They obviously condone rude behavior from their employees because they said someone would contact me, but it's been over a yr and I'm still waiting.
