I had my excursion towed in for a ujoint fix..was told about $250.. Then was told it needed drive shafts..going to be a $1000... ( knew i was on a fixed income).. So just so happens the mechanic that worked on it wants to buy it... Not having the money for a repair..i needed money for another car. So sold it to him. So the car i bought is a lemon..having issues. Went there because they never answer the phone or you get recording..and never call back. Saw the one that bought it and casually said i wish i had my car back..all three kinda snickered.. I asked about several issues with my car i have

I had a crazy oil leak from an engine access panel, and they fixed in with a gasket and a DL OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ENGINE VARIABLE VALVE TIMING OIL PRESSUE. Replacing that piece took care of an issue I had been experiencing for a while and had no clue was related! Service, as always, was polite, efficient, cost effective, courteous. IDK about other females but I always feel so intimidated going to car repair places. I never feel that way here. I feel welcome and like I am getting good work for a fair price.

Mark went out of his way to find me a used power steering hose knowing a new one would break the bank so to speak and even picked it up for same day service! I brought it in on a Wednesday morning it was done by Wednesday afternoon. Had a minor hiccup Tony jumped in and immediately rectify the situation. They’re very honest, and trustworthy people, they will be my mechanics for life! Thank you again guys!!

This was my second time visiting Glen's - great service, great price and personal service. I'd have to say the only noticeable thing was the oil on my steering wheel...it happens at the small shops more often than not, but I had to wipe my steering wheel.
Still, the work was done well, the price was fair & it's close to home.

We've always driven imported cars--Honda, Toyota, so we always went to an import garage in Elsmere. Last couple of times, we've been less than thrilled with the way they've treated our longtime customer loyalty, so we've discussed finding another place.
