Well....even though it may be one of the worst things ever to have your car towed especially against your will, I will say they were very nice and quick about the process of returning my car and they were kind. So even though tow guys could quite possible BE THE WORST I give these guys a 👍

My car got impouned here by covington police for parking in the wrong place. But theybwere very nice and stayed open a little longer for me to walk all the way there to get my car so i was very greatful.

Jess N' Sons towed my vehicle for being too close to a drive way on my own street (Garrard, Covington KY). They had also caused damage to the bumper in the picture ($1100 in damage). They did not mention the hole in the bumper and claimed they were not responsible. I am currently dealing with insurance companies in order to fix the damages. Currently their insurance provider is agreeing with their false statement as to who is responsible.
