Following the same process as our custom jewelry, restyling involves taking your existing piece of jewelry and updating it to your taste with a completely new setting, new style or additional gemstones.

I cannot rate Dawn and her team high enough. My mother died in May of this year. She had some beautiful jewelry but nothing fit me. I was looking for a reputable jeweler who could repair a gold ring that was given to me as a teenager by my mother. Over the years it had cracked and finally became unwearable due to wear and tear, and having lost my mother not too long ago I was hoping to find someone that could restore this important keepsake so that I could wear it again and have a nice memory of my mother every day. I passed by Dawn's booth at Brookhaven Art Fair and immediately went home to find my ring I hated and for her to design a necklace from the diamond in it. I asked for a simple piece that I could wear daily. Dawn sat for an hour with me and designed each element and made sure of every detail. Then I asked to her to add a stone to the ring and design it for my daughter. When we both went to pick up our pieces we were stunned. Each piece was PERFECT! I was impressed with Dawn’s beautiful jewelry at a summer festival so I went to see her when it came time to get an aquamarine pendant as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. After scheduling a meeting , Dawn and I met at which time she was able to show me various grade and size of aquamarine stones as well as drawings for me to get an idea of what the pendant would look like. Dawn at D. Muscio Fine Jewelry is fantastic. I commissioned her to design a 10 year anniversary ring for my wife. Dawn invited my wife, my daughter and myself into her studio to help design this special piece. She listened to each of us and created something very unique and beautiful. I came to D. Muscio because a close friend raved about how great they are. I first came in to talk about designing a necklace for my grandmother's engagement diamond that I had inherited. My experience with D. Muscio was amazing. I purchased a loss gem at the studio's gem party. I wanted to create something original and unique that was specific to my style. Dawn was great to work with - she spent time talking through my style and what I was looking for in a ring, she then sketched several drawings for me to review and select what made me happy. Once I was happy with the design, Jackie created a computer rendering so I could see what the ring would look like in detail (amazing!). Then the ring was cast in wax so I could try it on and make any final adjustments before the final product
