The hospital called them on 11/16 since I was going to be discharged, and they said I was accepted as a client. They were supposed to come out to help me a day or two after I got home from the hospital. I never heard from anyone and called to ask why. They said they actually couldn't accept me because of insurance limitations and that a "new" person had been answering the phone and didn't know the proper procedures. After calling insurance and one company who couldn't take me on, I asked Royalty to find someone else for me, since they messed up. I did hear from a different company on 11/19 in the
