When Marcus Kondritzer, Baron Gold and Jerome Frank formed this firm in 1958, they started more than just a law firm. They started a tradition. Ed Ahlers is my attorney for a long term disability claim I have through my employer. This particular insurance company is famous for denying legitimate claims and it's a long difficult fight that many never win. But Ed did just that for me and my case wasn't easy! He worked so hard for me, he's knowledgeable and eager to fight and knows how these insurance companies work. The last appeal letter he sent on my behalf was 9 pages full of facts about my health, documentation backing it up, copies of other legal cases that mirrored mine. After reading it I thought how the heck could they turn me down
