Artistic Flooring is a wonderful company to work with from start to finish. Billy is extremely helpful and listened to all of our concerns.

I reached out to Artistic Flooring based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. Everything from the estimate, scheduling, and installation was great. I had two different estimates and although Artistic was a bit higher, I’m glad I went with them. They were very communicative, had a great selection of carpet, and showed up on time as scheduled. In just one day, they were able to tear out and replace 5 bedrooms. I didn’t have one single issue with the process or installation. I would absolutely use them again!

originally they had installed a floor in my house and looked great, about a year later the floor started to bow and crack. I called Billy to see what could be done, they determined the product was defective asked me to come by the shop to pick a new floor. A few weeks later Billy personally installed the new floor in the whole house, he stands behind his team and his products, he also will go the extra mile on your job to make sure you are taken care of.

We recently bought our home and took advantage of waiting for our furniture to arrive. Billy was very prompt with stopping by our new home offering an estimate and professional advice. Billy offered options, different price points, and allowed us to take home flooring samples. We were able to get new flooring and stairs put in a quick and timely manner.
