Top notch customer service, very reasonable price and excellent work on my ring. I’ve been eating low carb and running a lot so I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight. My ring was sliding right off and my knuckle couldn’t even slow it down. LoL! I Googled and found Silverlust was only a few minutes from my job. I went there during lunch, got my finger sized and was told it would be ready the following week. They called me early the next week (quicker than I expected). I was so excited. LoL! They did a great job. I can’t even tell anything was done except the ring now fits fantastically

I picked this place for my engagement ring resizing based on the reviews and my experience did not disappoint. I called a couple of other places but here customer service was superb, they asked a couple of follow up questions to give me as close to the final price estimate as they could (which also beat all other places I called), and the turnaround time was so quick, which was perfect. I lost a stone out of a ring and had been carrying it around for 2 years hoping to find a stone to fit it. The guys at Silverlust were so helpful! They found a turquoise stone that fit perfectly, and had it repaired in less than 20 minutes!! Awesome service, beautiful ring repaired expertly, a reasonable price, and one happy customer!! I finally decided to buy the brotherhood of the skull ring, and I’m glad I did! It’s super nice, heavy, and solid sterling silver. I couldn’t be happier! It will be a ring I wear everyday. This is heirloom quality, and will last you a lifetime. The shipping was very fast and was presented in a nice box with polishing cloth.
