I love this jewelry store. I always like to see what new inventory comes in. He is available on ebay as renato8182011 and he is local to Houston in our awesome underground tunnel system. I love my ring. He is a master jeweler who comes from a family of Jewelers. He can do custom work, size, clean, fix and appraise.

I am from Reno, NV and flew to Houston to sit with Renato for five days back in January 2018. I made a pendant and three rings learning all the basics. I also was provided a list of tools/materials I should purchase to start making my own jewelry. This was such a great experience and now I have been making my own jewelry ever since. It’s now February 2020 and I’ve started Resolute Silversmithing and you can find me on Instagram @resolutesilver. Thank you Renato for all that you have taught me, I am so thankful for you!

I had such a great time in Mr. Renato's class! I came away with four great pieces and a lot of learning and experience! I've received a lot of compliments on the pieces I've made, and people were impressed by what we were able to learn and create in one week. I think that points back to a really great teacher! Renato taught us with skill and precision, and he really encouraged us to always spend the extra time to finish our pieces well. I definitely learned a lot, and I'd highly recommend his class!

I have a very ornate, jeweled, metal business card holder that fell apart at the hinges. It is so unique that I cannot find or buy another one. I took a chance and asked if he could fix it and at first he didn't think he could but he told me he would try, even though there was a chance he might break it. 20 minutes and $10 later, he managed to repair it! So happy!

I took my 20-year old engagement ring to Renato at 10 AM because it had a damaged prong. By 4 PM my ring was ready to be picked up and had four new prongs and was cleaned and polished and looked like a brand new ring -- as beautiful as it was the day I received it. I was so excited all evening admiring my "new" ring!

I just finished my last day of Renato's two week Basic Jewelry course. First week is fabrication, second is stone setting. This is THE way to go if you are interested in getting your feet wet for a hobby, or a career. Certainly, you would need additional training to become a bench jeweler for work, but this is a wonderful start.
Renato is a fantastic teacher, and his curriculum will keep you interested, and challenged.
To give you an idea of what you can learn in two weeks, I created close to ten rings, all the way from sheet, and a nice stone pendant. I became pretty proficient with soldering
