Thanks to Blue Ribbon Realty School. I was able to pass my State Exam on my first attempt today. Anthony preps his students and challenges them to their fullest. He makes sure to relate his training material to real life scenarios to give a better understating of the material. He also makes sure his students are grasping the material by reviewing and giving quizzes after each unit is discussed. He not only wants you to know the answer, but wants to make sure you understand the reason behind it.
Anthony truly preps you to PASS!!! I am so glad I chose Blue Ribbon and highly recommend it to others

I recommend Blue Ribbon School for abynyone interested in the field. Anthony is great at what he does and he truly enjoys passing his knowledge on to anyone who wants to learn. I recently completed his class and passed my class exam today on the first try. He makes it challenging!
He takes his time and explains everything in great detail and makes sure you understand it all well. Do what he says and study on your own and you will pass! Off to take my state exam! Thanks Anthony!

I have already referred Anthony and Blue Ribbon RE School to friends and coworkers. I wasn't sure about the whole online school during this pandemic but I'm glad that I enrolled. Anthony was very informative and definitely kept you interested with all of his knowledge and years of experience in Real Estate.
He also made it very easy for me to pass my State Exam on the first try. He gave the class a lot of extra quizzes that were more challenging than the book review questions. The requirements also at the end of the course as far as all the extra practice tests that he gave us definitely helped

Took the mandatory 75-hour course here at Blue Ribbon school. Anthony is a true professional with vast knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. His classroom setting is comfortable, his lessons are easy to understand with real world experiences and examples. There was plenty of classroom engagement, lots of Q&A and a ton of quizzes given to help you prepare for the state exam. I just passed the N.J Real Estate Salesperson Exam on my very first try. Superbly done, impressive and riveting. Riotto has the attention of everyone, the whole time. It's inspiring to see and understand the depth and passion for work ethic and knowledge. I highly recommend Anthony Riotto and the Blue Ribbon Realty school. Anthony is professional, thorough and knows how to get his student to pass the RE exam. He was very patient (esp. with me who had lots of questions at times) and very down-to-earth. Just know if you want to pass the test like I did then take Anthony’s RE class. Thank you Blue Ribbon!

I know numerous people who took course elsewhere an still have not passed...Not only does Anthony teach the class. He has body language an stories to keep his audiance awake an motivated.

I am so fortunate that I chose this school to obtain my NJ real estate license. It was a great experience and I enjoyed going to class each day to learn so much. It's quite a bit of information to learn in a few weeks, but the instructor Anthony made it very interesting as he provided his vast expertise and experiences of everything we were learning. He often challenged our class by questioning our opinions, answering our questions and providing examples to understand the coursework and laws. My boyfriend and I took this course together and we have nothing but great things to say about it. Anthony is a great teacher! We felt more than confident taking the state exam and we both passed it on the first try. We highly recommend this school to anyone who is interested in getting their salesperson license.
