Precise engineering and more than 40 hours of hand-crafted detail produce Wilbert's supreme and only triple-reinforced burial vault. NOTE: Many cemeteries require an Outer Burial Container or "Burial Vault" to encase the casketed remains of a loved one and to protect the integrity of the cemetery. Some families have already purchased this from a cemetery or have one supplied to them as a Veteran Benefit.

My grandmother died in May and sadly the experience I had with this funeral were unprofessional and unwarranted at best. From the time I entered the funeral home, I was treated as if I wasn't supposed to be there. Carl Days was not friendly and honestly disregarded me the entire time as if I didn't belong there. I was unable to grieve and shunned while trying. I was coerced by members of the staff along with my mother who had a personal connection to the funeral director and owner; while never being notified that I was the SOLE BENEFICIARY. While I had no issue with supporting my mother

It was disheartening to hear how my friend was treated after losing her mother. This process is hard enough for someone that loses a loved one but then to have to deal with obstacles is just beyond sad. I hope this is a lesson learned for the funeral home and anyone in the future gets better treatment.
