Kayia expertly guided us through purchasing our first home. She was responsive, personable, and brimming with knowledge about the Ypsilanti housing market. So I’m not even sure where to start with this review except to say that without the team at Hinton, we would be nowhere. Buying a first home is an intimidating thing. Buying a first home in competitive Ann Arbor and the most insane, low inventory, sellers’ market ever felt like it was going to be an impossible task! BUT Olivia, Parker and Candye helped us navigate the entire emotional process of finding, placing an offer and closing on, not only our first house, but a house that has every potential to be our forever home. When buying a house we started with Mary but she ended up being the sellers realtor. She gave us to Kayia which was wonderful. Her mother, Candie and her were fabulous.
