This is the 2nd time I have worked with the Collison Department and with Paulo. As with the Service Department, I had an exceptional process in getting my vehicle fixed and all because of Paulo. He explained everything well up front and kept me updated through the process. Unbelievably nice to work with and will definitely continue to use their Department also if needed in the future!!

Best Body Shop in Town!! They were really polite and transparent with the repairs with my car which is hard to find now a days. Sara was extremely welcoming and answered all my questions and concerns. They also have an online system that keeps you updated on the repair stages and gives you a chance to ask questions to your estimator. Pick up was fast and easy. Sara walked me around the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with the repair as well. I hope I never have to bring my car back to the body shop, but if I do, I will definitely be bringing it back here.

Every level of service was exceptional. Our vehicle was hit and damaged by another driver. Paulo helped us through every phase of the repair, described what needed to be done, and even worked with both insurance providers to come to a reasonable outcome. My car sustained some paint damage (most likely caused by another car in a parking lot). We made an appointment to have it looked at, and were helped by Paulo. He was very professional and patient with us, explaining that one option available would be to remove them and then paint the entire door. We asked for ballpark estimates of the costs and time involved, and decided that was not our path for a 4-year old car. As he understood our reasoning he suggested another option which would be to buff the scratches out as they were not too deep. He also had a touch up on the scratches. We thought this

I stopped by Buerkle Collision Center to get an estimate for repair of scratches on my bumper. Paulo Neish was the Estimator who assisted in my repair. I recently had an accident that resulted in damage to the back bumper area of my car. The accident occurred over a weekend, I was thankful that they were able to get my car in that Monday morning so I could obtain an estimate. Paulo Neish had assisted me, he was very helpful with explaining the process & addressing all of my questions. I am very happy with my service at Buerkle Body Shop and was extremely lucky to work with Paulo. I was a little hesitant to go to a dealer for body work but am very glad I did. Paulo was very straightforward with communicating my different options, understood exactly what I needed, and helped me find the best solution for the repairs that my car needed. The body work looks great and I'll definitely be back in the future for any auto body repairs I may need.

I took my Civic in for repairs after I was rear ended in May. Apparently as part of that repair Buerkle removed the roof trim while painting the back end. The roof trim is held on by a couple metal clips. Buerkle either lost the clips or broke them. Instead of getting new trims pieces (retail less than $40 total), they attached the trim with some sort of adhesive putty. This worked fine until it got cold. I noticed once piece of trim was coming loose, and when I went to check the other one it was totally gone! Half a$$ed to say the least.
