The quality of work was good. But communication was terrible. I had to reach out each time for an update. I emailed no less than 4 times to get info on timing. The process took awhile, which was understandable given the circumstances. However, they should be more proactive in communication so I know when to expect my car back. I even had to ask twice to get a detailed invoice after I paid.

My point-of-contact was Jason who was transparent and informative. The body work was done to like-new state. We did have a small hick-up, but COW owned it, apologized and fixed quickly. We had some minor damage to an almost brand new vehicle. Our insurance wanted to lowball us on the parts, but COW advocated for us to get everything covered. They were able to get our car in quickly and repaired in days. They did excellent work and the car looks like new again.

We had a wonderful experience with COW. They did the estimate of the damage on the car in a timely manner and explained fully and completely what needed to be done, how they would do it and how long it would take. The car was done when they said it would be and the job was done perfectly. No one would know that it had been repaired. The employees were friendly and welcoming while still being professional. This i s the second time we have used COW and I will continue to use them if the need arises. I highly recommend using COW for any and all repairs.

COW did some paint work on my car. After they painted it, they accidentally chipped the paint and had to re-do it. Once they had redone it, they called me to pick up my vehicle. Some time between when they re-painted the vehicle and when I came to pick it up they accidentally chipped the paint again. I asked them to repair it, they were very apologetic, fixed it no problem, and gave me a discount. The car looks great now and I have no complaints about the quality. The work ultimately cost half as much as it was quoted at another body shop. My only complaint was the long time it took due to accidentally
