Since 1997, the Morristown-Hamblen Hospital Foundation has raised funds to support Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. As a result of the generosity of corporate sponsors and participants in events like the annual Golf Tournament and Heart Gala, the Foundation has been able to support continuing professional education, program development, and purchases of needed medical equipment.

My mom is presently in the hospital with covid. She is a stroke surviver, in her early 70's, who gets high anxiety and frustrated easily. Covid is a scary thing but even more for her. There is this one nurse who comes in and practically yells at her because she panics. This girl needs to turn her surround sound down! It's a small room, the entire unit can hear her. Why do they put uneducated, unknowledgeable people in these areas!? She came really close to being escorted out by me! My family has had a lot of experience with this facility over the years and it never gets better. Advice to whomever

They have everyone entering through the ER where everyone that is there is sick or have something going on. It’s stupid to have someone come through the ER entrance that is there to visit someone that has been admitted to the hospital. What keeps someone from coming in contact with someone that has Covid and spreading it to other floors? This needs to have someone’s attention!!!

If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. I have had a few visits here including ER visits and labor and delivery and each time I had a couple people who were good nurses but the overall care and treatment plans were NOT in my best interest. My birth story is a complete nightmare and it didn't have to be. So much could have been avoided had I been taken care of properly. My ER visit was long and uncomfortable and I left without even having and answer. I was confused and upset. Never going here again.

I was admitted into the ccu on 10/20/2021 the nurses , doctor's and all staff members treated me with the best care and compassion anyone could possibly treat me with. They were truly Angels and saved my life ! Not only do I feel as though they saved my life but they made me feel better about the way I look at life !!! Thank you to all staff

My mother was here on the behavior therapy floor and I can not brag on them enough of how they treated my Mother. Everyone I spoke with super nice and my mother looked and acted like a different person when she left there. Tysm for being so good to my mother and helping her put weight back on and getting her off meds that she should have never been put on from Newport Nursing Home. I’ll never forget all of you! Wonderful and appreciated job!

Probably the worst hospital in the area. Wife had a severe migraine for over a week and could not be in the light. She waited in the car while i sit in the waiting area of the ER waiting for them to call her back… they never did. 6 hours later they claimed she left and couldn’t be seen. Wife was in extreme pain and hasn’t been able to sleep for 6 days. Severe dehydration due to vomiting continuously. They didn’t seem to care. People needing covid test for work seemed more important to them. On top of that a couple years ago they placed my father in an intermediate care ward when he was

I cannot thank the Behavior Therapy floor workers and the doctors enough for how they treated my Mother. They went above and beyond for her. In 13 days, she looked like a different person and she felt much better. They really fed her great. My heart goes out to all of you. She is much stronger now.I highly recommend.

I called the account management department on 7/23/2021 to speak to someone about a bill I received for my deceased father. While in the middle of explaining to the lady that answered, she did not give me her name, the call was cut off. Thinking these things happen when you're using a mobile phone I called back, only to get RUDELY HUNG UP ON! I called back a 3rd time, barely got anything said to be hung on A THIRD TIME! This place is a joke. Took my husband in to get a cyst lancet, they didn't take him into a room but a second triage room that was full of equipment. No patient should be in a triage room. The people that took his information was nice even the triage nurse was nice. But I have to say I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Don't take a patient into a storage room because you dont have a room from him(or her). This is wrong. I would rather go to Knoxville. We have been here for an hour saw a doctor and he left without lancing the cyst. We are about to leave because of the treatment in this place. I won't be coming
