No stars…but that’s not an option…… Had an apt scheduled and went in for my apt to be told that they rescheduled without my permission or knowledge. The date they reschedule my apt for would be my first appointment pregnant in my second trimester. Unacceptable!!! I shouldn’t have my very first appointment as a first time mother in my second trimester! If anything happens to my baby I’ll sue!

Loved my experience here! I wanted the best care for my pregnancy and you will get that here. Melinda at the front desk was very warm and inviting and made my nervousness turn into positivity. Everyone was so organized, kind and the process was quick and easy. Looking forward to being cared here for the rest of the duration of my pregnancy!

Dr. Brooks is great as well as Stacy. I had my tubal done with Dr. Brooks back in March. She done a phenomenal job. Her staff on the other hand is a different story. The front check in clerk obviously needs a different job, she is so rude and disrespectful. She even refused to check me in for my post op visit because I had my 8 week old fully nursing infant with me. I called several times to make a complaint with no response. Its a crying shame that a business is in the market of bringing babies into this world, but then they refuse to see you because you have them with you. 🧐 Something wrong

Typically, I don’t care for doctors. I’m a little stubborn and ask a lot of questions because I like to have knowledge and understanding for conditions/situations/treatments. Dr. Brooks and her staff are beyond amazing. They answer all questions, address all concerns, and don’t give up trying to help you and find out what works best for you. If she could see my family and be my PCP I would see her for everything. I highly recommend her and her office. Going here will be one of the best decisions you make. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me and all that they continue

Dr. Black, Dr Brooks, and Stacy are all very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Dr Black is very timely and efficient. Dr Brooks is very thorough which sometimes makes her appointments a little behind schedule. Stacy is right in between. Dr Brooks delivered my baby and could not have done a better job and likely saved my child's life due to early intervention. The equipment here is subpar - - it will get the job done but it could be much better They send people to other clinics often due to ultrasound issues. Scheduling is hit or miss The office staff reschedules appointments all the time

I was very impressed with my first visit to this clinic. It was easy to make an appointment, the front desk staff was friendly and professional. I was seen on time, and the medical assistant was very thorough taking my medical history. The whole clinic was very clean and well organized. Dr. Brooks put me at ease, took plenty of time to listen to all my medical concerns, and carefully explained my options. I highly recommend this clinic.

I absolutely hate this place. Me and my pregnant girlfriend came here, and every time we've been here, they've meseed up. It's a hard place to find. Because of this, we passed it, and almost missed our first appointment. They messed up on her insurance, then they misplaced all of her paperwork. Then gave her a test she didn't even need, nor was scheduled for. Then, told us we had a miscarriage, then only said sorry, in an extremely insincere way. Then, placed her into a high risk pregnancy, due to a fibroid, split uterus, among a few other reasons, including PCOS. Only to be seen once every month
