Taylor's family roots are in Montana. He returned to Billings after growing up in Colorado and living in California for some time. Montana is home. His passion for the therapeutic alliance grew when he discovered the transformation that occurs from being known. Few experiences are more powerful than being seen for who we truly are in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?.

I went to Crossway for a little over a half a year and I only have positive things to say. The staff are so understanding and kind. Taylor helped me through a really difficult time in my life. He always met me with the utmost empathy and was very encouraging and compassionate. I highly recommend Crossway to anyone seeking help.

I’ve been going to CrossWay for about 10 years, I’ve been nothing but satisfied with not only the help that I have received from Cherish, but the establishment as a whole is just awesome. The environment is super inviting and it really is a judge free zone. I would 100% recommend CrossWay to any of my friends and family.

The staff are well trained and experienced in helping families making their life better. Through teaching skills, listening to your needs and helping you meet your goals. They work with children, adults and whole families. Stop in and meet the staff and start making positive, healthy choices with their help. They have truly made my life more fulfilled.

Our family has been using Crossway for years. I can not say enough good things about ALL the staff! Starting with the receptionist all the way through to the bookkeeping/business office. Our family has worked with more than one counselor and they are wonderful! We've all felt like we were heard and met with kindness and empathy. They've done an amazing job of "wrapping our family up". Working together to create a plan towards healing and helping us learn ways to cope with life's challenges. If you are looking for someone to reach out to, you can't go wrong with CrossWay

The therapist crossed several boundaries with my minor child in the couple of months she was there. Gifts that could potentially have been harmful to the other children in my home were given to my child, without my knowledge or consent, my child was pushed to say things that she didn’t want to say, the therapist called my child (on my child’s phone) at 9 at night, and the therapist also apparently doesn’t agree with homeschool. As a family we made the choice to homeschool & every session including the one family session we had, the therapist pushed for my child to go to public school & this
