Seemed like a good company at first; but the properties they sell have turned out to be pretty terrible and they provide no support.
UPDATE: Marla is always attentive when she is asking for money on behalf of the PM. Whenever I have a question for her it is "I don't know, take it up with somebody else." I have verification of this as well. Buy Memphis Now will tell you the property management company is a third party and separate, but BMN is very involved in a lot of PM decisions. Horrible experience with the Turnkey provider. As an out of state investor I chose this company over others for my first turnkey rental property purchase and I am now repenting my decision.
