Mind-blowing. That's the only word I have to describe the experience I had at Eazor's Auto Salon. The work done was not only impeccable, but it was fast too. I came in with bumper cover and Hood damage and got quoted for a 5 day wait, with a rental onsite....boom!!! Done in 3 DAYS!!!! Appointment made, parts ordered, rental car provided, all in the same 45 minutes. All this with an impeccable finish job that didn't break the bank.

I wish I could give Ted and Eazor's 6 stars. One of the most welcoming, genuinely nice body shop owners I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Met with me on the same day to do my estimate, walked through the entire process with me, scheduled my rent-a-car, and even drove me down to pick it up when I dropped my car off!
My car came out better than anticipated, and the detailing job they do with each car they work on is impeccable! Easily a $150 detail job that they just throw in for being a customer! I hope I never have to deal with Eazor's again, but if I ever find myself in another

Ted is awesome! He is down to earth, friendly and easy to talk with. I felt very comfortable leaving my "my baby" (my car) with Ted and his hard working crew. I had rust to beat the band and when I picked up my car, WOW! Rust no more!! This guy is honest and very reasonable on the wallet.

My first experience a year ago 5 stars. This year there were a few hiccups in getting a rental car there, hours of operation and availability, etc but I got my car back completely cleaned, like new and no one can touch the quality of their work. They do their best to answer not only car questions, but how to cotact insurances and handle all rental car details. One stop shop in the best way, I will certainly continue to use them and recommend it to anyone, quality work from a family owned business! Thank you!

One of the best experiences I have had with any car situation. Everything was booked the same day and Eazor himself made sure to call and see if I was ok and if I needed a tow and or a rental while the damage was to be fixed. All repairs to the vehicle were done in record time and I was notified immediately with updates including estimates. No hesitation, choose this body shop for any damage or repair.

Eazor's Auto Salon was recommended to me by my mechanic for auto body repair. I took my Ford Escape to Ted and his crew and they did an amazing job. Not only did they repair the car quickly, but they also handled everything with the insurance company. The best surprise was when I got my car back and learned the had completely cleansed and detailed the thing! It was immaculate! Great work. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I've been to this place three times. Fortunately, Ted and his crew did a great job each time. I initially chose this place because they are a preferred State Farm collision body shop but ended up loving their work.
Ted will give you a quick estimate, arrange a rental, and handle all insurance issues. Your car comes back clean and looking brand new.
They will work with your schedule. Highly recommended!!!

The people at this shop are amazing! They got my car done so quickly it was like it was never gone. My rental car for the duration of the repairs was taken care of and ready for me when I arrived! So stress free!They even stayed late to accommodate my work schedule and offered easy late drop off with a key box. The texting of updates made it so easy to do business with them! Best auto shop in Pittsburgh! I've worked with many other shops and this one is the most honest, fair, and helpful of them all! :)

I had a car accident in ohio and dealt with a select service state farm provider in toledo. after driving my fixed car home, i noticed the lights weren't bright or pointing in the right direction, nor was the alignment correct. state farm said i could take it to one of three places around pittsburgh for a follow up. reviews for ted and jim's seemed great, so i called and spoke directly with ted, who took my car same day, and gave me a ride home in my car to see how it rode for himself. the vehicle was completed as promised, washed and cleaned, with corrected headlights and an alignment

So on the way home from our most recent trip to Cleveland our car got into an altercation with a deer a mile before I was supposed to get off of the turnpike in Cranberry. It was dark when it happened so I thought the damage wasn't bad. Then I went out and looked at it the next morning. Boy was I wrong! Needless to say the deer won!
