As a rental property owner aren't the above three questions your major source of aggravation and lost income? Typically, it takes us 2 to 4 weeks to rent your house or condo to a fully qualified tenant. If a property does not rent in one month there is a problem that must be fixed, and I have never found an exception.

Greenlee Realty Group (GRG) Property Management answers all 3 questions in a surprising manner just below. Would you believe that most property management companies charge $250-$500 simply to set up your rental property in their system? I don't care what kind of property management software a company is using, it only takes 5 minutes to put your property in the computer.
Services
The credit check depends on the type of rental. We do look at your open counts, closed accounts as well as the negative records you have. If your credit report shows that you pay the accounts you have signed up and agreed to pay, we shouldn't have any problems. Medical doesn't effect this decision, and we also do not count foreclosures or Shortsales.
Emergency Requests - call our office and if after hours call the emergency number listed below. If you do not receive a call back within 30 minutes, please call again and speak your phone number very slowly and clearly. If you do not receive a call back within an hour, your request likely is not an emergency as defined below and you will be called back the next business day.
We do allow people to paint their units as long as we approve the color in writing. The resident understands that the walls have to be painted back to the original color upon move-out. No bright or very dark colors are allowed because it takes 3 to 4 coats to paint over it. We not only pull your credit report but we check your criminal background as well.
This is our second house with Greenlee we love them so much when we needed to move we wanted to stay with them. Brande and Jason are amazing landlords. They are always very fast at taking care of any issues that we have. They send out maintenance same day or the next they are so fast and friendly. My husband and I have lived in several rentals and Brande and Jason are by far the most understand and the nicest.
Our emails, phone calls and questions/concerns are always handled in a timely and professional manner. I have and will continue to recommend Greenlee Reality Group to others! My husband and I were looking for our first home together. During the hot summer months Greenlee Realty Group worked very hard to find houses to our specifications in addition to going every weekend to look at houses.

The lack of follow through with this company was unfortunate. Simple maintenance Issues were ignored and caused great inconvenience in the last 2 months of our rental agreement. Paid every month on time religiously without being late. And still we're met with unfortunate inconsistencies and follow through with this company. In fact the only consistent thing with this company was the emails sent as reminders of payment. Meanst while I had to suffer with an unmaintenance pool for 2 and a 1/2 months the last 2 and a 1/2 months of my rental agreement with this company
You can do better. Good tenants

I was lucky enough to use Greenlee Realty for the purchase of a condo located in Orlando. Brande and Kirstin helped me find the perfect condo in the perfect location. My lender and HOA was certainly not helpful in the process. Brande and Kirstin assisted me tremendously spending hours researching information required by the lender that the HOA would not provide. Without their dedication and commitment to me, I would not have been able to close on time. I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to their clients. I will use Greenlee Realty for any future purchases or sales.

They need to take in owners that actually abide by HoA rules. Renting out a home whose owner is delinquent in hoa fees and with dead lawn fees. So much for screening the property owners! Just the way the reply here to bad reviews says everything there is to say about this company owner.

I have been renting for 3 years (same house). Just signed another 2 years. Can’t say anything negative about the Management. My Maintenance request have been responded to and addressed VERY quickly. When/if we move I would use this group again if possible.

Spoke with Lisa regarding, regarding current tenant issue Lisa was rude and totally reluctant to share any information. It appears the goal of this management company is $$$$ with no soft skill or to aid a potential client. Stay away too many good property management companies to choose from.

They took over a rental house which my husband and I were living in. For a year I sent my payments to them. 2 months before the end of our lease they posted a notice on the front door that the lease was not being renewed. Was not ready for that. But anyway proceeded to move and made sure everything was clean. Mind you when we moved in we paid first, last, security deposit. To the original leasing agent. Greenlee tells me we owe them last month's rent $910.00, which we already paid. So I had to call and tell them it was paid. Ok they said disregard that notice which was certified. And now time for

I moved in April. And had been parking one car on the drive way and one next to the drive way since moving in. On June 27th (nearly 3 months later) I was given a notice saying I could not park on the grass or I can be evicted. I live in a 3 bed 2 bath with my girlfriend and we have a 2 car drive way so we can both fit our cars. We have a guest room because we both have rather close families and we very frequently have a guest over. (Her mom, my dad, aunt or uncle, ect ) I called and asked if I can not park on the grass on the side or front of the house without being evicted then where can I park

Michelle, the property manager reached out to me in regards to viewing the place. She suggested we meet Wednesday, June 26th at 3pm. My husband and I arrived promptly at 3pm. When I contacted her, she said "Sorry. I will be late like an hour."
We told her we would come back. We came back in exactly one hour, she responded back saying "Sorry. Still needs about 20 mins"
So then, I told her that it was okay, we can meet tomorrow at 10am. Her response was, "I forgot to ask, when are you trying to move?" When I told her Aug, her response was, "Sorry try it rent it out by July".
I'm not sure how Greenlee

Wow if I could give zero stars I would. I rarely had issues when I did they were usually resolved the office workers were usually polite and nice, today I received a bill from the end of our lease saying we owe them $12 after charges racked up of $1,312. when I was expecting my $750 deposit back. I was charged $35 for a rotten particle board cabinet door that the face had fallen off which it clearly states in the lease that normal wear and tear was covered by landlord. I was also charged for a "repair" to a bedroom door that the maintenance guy had ruined while he was replacing a door knob because
