Qualified was founded in 1991 to handle the complex range of services required by the growing number of homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner, time share resort condominiums and master planned community associations in West Central Florida. Today, Qualified is one of the largest companies in our area.
Qualified Property Management has been in business for over twenty years and has proudly called the Tampa Bay area home since day one. Currently, QPM serves clients all throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties and plan to extend our services to the Orlando and surrounding areas.
Qualified Property Management has a complete in house maintenance staff available to all of our homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner, time share resort condominiums and master planned community associations.
Our maintenance staff is non-intended to eliminate your existing on site maintenance personnel, however if your community does not have on site maintenance personnel this service may be just what your community needs.Also available as an emergency service, our in house maintenance division consists of tradesman and contractors licensed and experienced in all areas of light and heavy construction.

During normal business hours you can reach your assigned homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner, time share resort condominiums or master planned community association manager via phone or email, however please note Managers are often attending Board or Committee meetings or performing inspections during the day and are not always available to take your call.
Our work order department is responsible for the input and tracking of any Board approved homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner or time share resort orders for your community.
Available upon request by the Board of Directors, a full report is given tracking each and every work order associated with your community, detailing the requesting owner, the nature of the request, the maintenance individual or vendor assigned to complete the task as well as whether or not it has been completed to date.All service requests are to be submitted by the homeowner either in writing or by telephone directly to our office.

I have dealt strictly with RaeMarie Bannon who was a Godsend for me. My mother in law passed away in July 2021 and we had to sell her condo at Marker 5 and so much information was needed for inspections prior to posting it for sale and once it was listed. I spoke with RaeMarie throughout the last 3 or 4 months and requested so much information to be able to sell the condo it was overwhelming. RaeMarie was so patient, kind and understanding of our circumstances that what we needed she was quick to respond via e-mail or phone call or both for the information to relate to the realtor. Had such a great experience in working with Raemarie at Qualified Property Management, I just had to send in a review. As Realtors, we often need to work closely with a condo's management company for the benefit of an owner or purchaser. Raemarie was available, professional and friendly which is just the opposite of what we run into with some other local property management companies. I'd recommend Qualified Property Management to any condo association that would like to know that their management company treats everyone well and with respect and works in a team setting to help an association accomplish

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Don’t seem to care about our community. QPM response time is ridiculously slow. Takes several weeks to months to get work requests processed. I have notified them as many as eight(8) times for some work requests and Jayne does not even give you the courtesy of a reply. Extremely very poor communications.

I would leave 0 stars if I could!!!! ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE and EVEN WORSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FROM CANDY AND RACHEL. They have not an inch of professionalism. I would never recommend this company for any homeowner’s association. The way they handle customers and speak to them is trash! Do your research and work with another property management company before hiring this terrible one.
