05.27.20 Monica has lagged throughout the process we did 2 applications one for each of us he did his 3 weeks ago and I did mine 2 weeks ago after a rude, snide and condescending phone conversation that I had with her I was hesitant to move forward but we both paid the $55.00 application fee that stated "submitted" for three weeks up until yesterday (AFTER) my email which it stated "contingent" meaning she said and I quote that she wants 1st, last and security and she will give us the keys. We don't even have an approval?! I've been out of real estate for some time now but know that first you apply

Monica has been rude for the passed two years, very difficult to deal with. She is not empathetic to the elderly population and likes to threaten to show her power. She should not be in this position as I have read numerous BAD reviews on her lack of service!
The owners of these homes need to know how rude of an individual they have dealing with their homes.

Monica was very accommodating when I contacted her needing a rental IMMEDIATELY. She was able to show the house, and get a lease ready to go for us to live in within a few days. Never had any issues during our stay and when we decided to buy a house, (and therefore move out of the rental) Monica was very sweet and supportive. She even accommodated our closing arrangement by working around the next tenant to give us extra time so that we would not be so stressed. Easy company to work with!

Working with Monica has been a breath of fresh air compared to the other leasing companies I've worked with. Absolutely horrible experience of 4 years. I live out of state and trusted that repairs were taken care of. To my surprise on visiting many items were never completed but I paid for them!!!! I would hope they’d be inspecting the work was completed before charging me. Another example is when I didn’t want to renew the lease but Monica said she already signed it so I was locked in. However, on my visit the tenants showed me that it just arrived AFTER she told me it was signed. I of course honored it as it wasn’t the tenants fault. SO UNETHICAL IN SI MANY WAYS. I am confident the positive reviews

Completely rude and unprofessional. I should have known not to apply when Monica couldn't tell me what credit score they look for. I was told to go by and speak to the owner not once but twice. Owner was a GREAT guy, happy to see us when we stopped by the 2nd time to see what work he had completed. All ready to have us turn on the water and start moving the next weekend.

This company, specifically Monica has been a nightmare to work with. Monica stated prior to signing the lease the property owners were doing a modification on their mortgage so it technically was in "pre-foreclosure" Prior to moving in we had to pay the property owners water bill just to turn the water on. After living there for about a week a process server knocked on the door at 7am to serve the owners with Foreclosure paperwork. Shortly after we were given a demand letter from the HOA we pay them rent instead of the owner because they also were foreclosing on the property for past fees. When

I had to laugh because Monica obviously had her friends write counter reviews.... I stand by what I said in my interaction with her.... and for "Lisa" I wrote the previous review properly....I meant demonstrative....
