We had the Charlie Chaplin room. Themes are cool and location is VERY convenient in relation to downtown Hollywood. Thai restaurant right across the street was fun and had great food.
However, we had a couple holes in our blankets, towels were stained brown and red and slight smokey smell in non-smoking room.

We had the worst expirience around here. The guy at the front desk told us we could extend our stay at the same rate and when we came to do so the rate went up... He was basically lying to us to try to get more money.
The room is big and has allmost nothing in it, the toilent dont work so good and not allways flush, and it not clean enough around here.
There are metal plate coming out from the bed which is very dangerous.

Ok you get what you pay for. It's a motel, would love to give it 5 stars but just can't. Not the best location, kind of sketchy area, BUT it's in West Hollywood and for the price you can't expect much. We got the suit, with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, room was very spacious and came with fridge which I needed so that was great. 2 downsides, the a/c did not work, so the room was definitely hot. We were just staying the night for one night , so no big deal we got over it. The other downside was the pillows. Only 2 pillows on each bed, even the king bed and they were very flat

Pros:
- Somewhat of a large room.
- Receptionist was nice and quick.
- Good location.
Cons:
- Room is dirty looking.
- Room smells like smoke (the smoke detector wasn't even hooked up!!!!)
- Looks like it's not been up kept as the hotel photos would like to make you believe.
- Bed is extremely hard
- Bedding looks like it has old blood stains & in general looks disgusting to sleep on (although it did smell clean).
- TV only displays "No Signal" and can't do anything else with the remote to get anything displaying on it.

WARNING do not stay at this hotel!!!
I never write reviews because I just don't have the energy to do so and no establishment has ever been this terrible that I felt the need to. I picked this hotel because of the location and it looked cute and was somewhat affordable. We stayed here, It isn't exactly kept well. Carpets and bedding stained, beds were hard as a rock. The dogs next door never stopped barking. They say they have parking, but if you drive anything except a compact car good luck fitting in the lot. The receptionist was fast and friendly. He did help us park on the sidewalk area where we wouldn't be towed and is the only reason this has a 2 star rating. The pool was closed, which was highly annoying since that is why we booked this one (traveling with 4 kids). Our room did have 3 queen sized beds and was enough space for us. Not in the friendliest

The list of pluses describing this gem is very long but the top three which contribute to the success and flawless smooth running of this hotel are 1. Ahmed 2. Ahmed 3. Ahmed. Not only does he regularly go way above and beyond the call of duty, he just makes the entire experience quick, easy and if there's ever a problem which is rarely he fixes it STAT. The entire staff, from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance is first rate. I've stayed at many many hotels and this hotel is by far the best accommodation I've ever had at the price. In fact many times I paid more than twice

I Don't expect to be amazed with a tiny hotel on Hollywood boulevard. Honestly my husband had booked another hotel but on closer inspection from myself I found there was no overnight parking there so really I was just looking for something affordable with a parking lot for guests. This was close to everything we wanted to do and fit the bill. We booked online for $89 which ended up $100 after taxes. The room is surprisingly large but bare. 1 king bed, large flat screen t.v., desk w/ chair, mini fridge, clothing rack and a hair dryer. There's a small pool but no lounge chairs. Room was

This is the only motel I will be staying at when I am in Hollywood from now on. Very inexpensive and extremely clean with large rooms and refrigerators. Management is very friendly and the location is right on the Boulevard. No surprises with room charges as my previous nightmare at the Comfort Inn. If you are trying to save money and want a decent place, this is it.

Needed a room for our stay at universal studios and this was on hotwire in the same category as Holiday Inn Express... Far from it. It was cheap, and the room smelled smoky and musty and as soon as i laid on the bed, a cockroach ran across the bed and another crawled up the wall. We immediately got a refund and went to a 4 star in Pasadena for about $20 more.

I was a little worried when i booked this room a few months ago but we needed inexpensive rooms for 9 family members going to Universal Studios and Hollywood Walk of Fame.
We checked in last night after a day at Universal and just knew what we were getting ourselves into. We were basically shocked to be pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept these rooms are. The beds are clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really clean, and the towels weren't half bad!
If your hungry for Thai, Pho or Ramen, we are surrounded by restaurants. And just FYI, there is a Starbuck just a couple

It was fine for what we needed, would not do it again
Location was fair, just a few blocks into a "better" neighborhood. I felt safe enough, and the car was parked in a gated area. I'm just not sure the gate was ever closed. Close to all the sight-seeing we wanted to do. We stayed 2 nights.
I loved the artwork, painting on the walls inside and out. The room was spacious and I really liked the size and layout. 2 queen beds, the kids loved that their bed was in their own little nook.
The beds might have been new, still wrapped in plastic so I though, plus for cleanliness. Plastic bed

We stayed here a couple nights while in LA for my friend to have a surgical procedure.
I would give this property pretty much 5 Stars but the beds were horrible, it would have been better to sleep on the floor the beds were so hard.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and otherwise comfortable.
The only other complaint was that you could clearly hear what was happening outside in the center of the property when people were talking or walking around, plus the traffic from Hollywood Blvd.

I came here with two other girlfriends on a road trip for a one night stay. At first everything seemed like it would run smoothly. The guy at the front desk was polite and the check in was easy.
We stepped into our room and it smelled a little musty so we cracked open a window. We didn't really complain much since we were only here to sleep. We took off and went about our day.
As the day came to an end and it was time to sleep the horror occurred.
I woke up unable to open an eye and the back of my neck seemed heavy .Lo & Behold I had been attacked
