Sake Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar

It might be five star, but I always get to go so I wouldn't know about the hibachi part. It's clean, the food is good, the staff is doing their best to be COVID aware, and the sushi's really great.

Yummy! So delicious, I highly recommend the chicken & steak hibachi. The salad is yummy too, but the highlight is definitely the fried rice and steak & chicken. It's always fun and entertaining at the hibachi too.

The true mark of a restaurant is how they cook a steak.
I ordered a medium rare steak and received a well WELL done steak.

Abysmal service. The waitress obviously didn't care that we were there, 15 minutes with empty water glasses that only got remedied by calling her over. The only time she asked us if we wanted refills was when we were done with our meals and it was our alcoholic beverages that were finished. The cook was nice and the food was ok except for the bad shrimp I got. I understand that hibachis are typically a bit slower but 35 minutes without even appetizers is a bit insane. The food prepped on the hibachi wasn't done so everything was ready together, by the time my steak and shrimp were cooked my rice

The food was served quickly and was very tasty!
Every one I have had here had been excellent.
I even discovered a few new favorite sushi dishes here. I highly recommend ordering sushi during half price sushi Monday - Thursday

It was one of the worst sushis we have had till now. If it is 50% off, it doesn’t mean there should be compromises on quality. First time and the last time visiting the restaurant.

Or first visit for hibachi was less than good. Our section of the table was greasy. (See pic) our miso soup was hot water soup. (See pic) we were disappointed with the cleanliness of this side of the restaurant. Our chef was friendly but our waitress was so so. I will definitely be sticking with sushi for future meals. I went in yesterday for take out sushi and we were served bad salmon roe. It smelled off and was clearly off color.

Don’t come here often but never had bad experience up til tonight. Ordered sushi rolls (spicy tuna, spicy salmon) and items off the hibachi. Hibachi was amazing as was the soup and salad that comes with it. The rolls were more than room temperature and when I unraveled the rolls they were macerated and absolutely awful. I asked the waitress to remove them off the bill and she didn’t. Not pleased with trying to advocate that certain items were awful and I wasn’t going to pay for them. Definitely going to stick with items that are cooked and forgo their sushi and sashimi for now on

So good the plate was clean, sorry. But seriously, the food was excellent, we had vegetable rolls, vegetable tempura(so good we had to get an order of just the onion rings after the meal). We had chicken teriyaki, which was perfect! The chicken was very tender and delicious and the sauce was perfect. The service, as usual was exceptional. Stephanie was very attentive and thoughtful. Overall, a five-star experience. Abs we had our private booth , which was very special. This is my favorite restaurant.

Had a wonderful time! Went on a Tuesday evening with a larger group. The atmosphere was welcoming and they were able to seat us easily. All sushi was half price, but great quality. Our server was very helpful and attentive! We're really looking forward to going back soon.
