I just did a home inspection and I’m so grateful that I hired Ray. I was extremely impressed by the quality of his work and how detailed he was. He was patient and professional and taught me so much. He has a ton of experience and a background as a construction worker, so I very much valued his expertise and knowledge. His written report was comprehensive and included pictures. I would never hire anyone else but Ray if I had to do a home inspection in the future. The rates were very reasonable. I used Ray for a home inspection back in the Fall of 2018. He was recommended by a friend and turned out to be a good choice. He was very knowledgeable, took his time to explain things and answered many questions. His report was very professional and even more detailed than I expected. So 3 years later I find myself in need of a copy my home inspection. It was saved on my phone but at some point got deleted. So on a long shot I texted Ray and asked if by some chance he still had a copy. He responded back to me within minutes and emailed me a copy later in the evening. Ray is a true professional

Every time I needed a home inspection there’s only one place to call, Meticulous. Ray is the best! He’s thorough, honest, detailed and knows his stuff. He’s great!! Ray helped us with our first house three years ago, and we couldn't imagine using anyone else when we started looking for a new home this summer. Ray is professional, incredibly thorough and will explain everything to you in a manner you can understand. Ray is punctual and professional. This is the second home we had Ray inspect. He makes light of what can be a stressful situation. He is extremely detailed in his report and thoroughly explains what needs to be fixed and why. He’s not scared to crawl into an attic or thoroughly inspect a roof. I have and will continue to refer Ray to friends and family. Ray makes it clear he is working for you, the buyer, not the realtor or anyone else. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Ray again.

Ray is absolutely amazing at what he does! I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when it comes to having an inspector. Ray was so helpful, explained everything he did, was incredibly thorough and had some of the funniest jokes I heard in awhile! His reports explain everything he walks you through, and he is so kind!
