Do not use this dentist office!! I started using this dental office because they offered sedation to their patients. I’m extremely terrified of the dentist stemming from childhood. There had been no problems having minor dental issues repaired with dr Moore. So I trusted these people with my mouth. That was a huge mistake on my part!!! In April, I had full mouth extraction for dentures. My gums weren’t shaved in order to have dentures fit properly…the immediate dentures didn’t even come close to fitting, didn’t work at all. Horrible customer service! I don't know how they've been in business so long. I never even made it in and the receptionist was already being rude. I called a week ago to make an emergency appointment. It was going to be my first time going in so they had to verify my insurance and were supposed to call me back to let me know my coverage. They me never called me back and they are closed on the weekends so I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called before my appointment to cancel. They informed me they usually charge a $25 fee for no shows but they would wave it this time. Weird, I called

I have been going to Dr. Moore for over 2 years now & couldn't be more pleased. The implant procedure is absolutely the finest you could ever imagine. The knowledge, expertise, attention to every little detail is "off the charts!" I am highly recommending Dr. Moore, the front office gal, Cheryl, & the entire staff for ALL of your dental needs. Very competent. I was traveling through Vegas and wanted to get my teeth cleaned/checked and they made it very easy for me. They allowed me to bring my companion dog with me which was awesome and made me feel so much more relaxed. Dr. Chan did my cleaning because the hygienist was out that day. She did a great job and was straightforward and honest. Her assistant (forgot her name) was super friendly. Hope to see them on my next trip.

After cracking a tooth I went to another dentist in Henderson who gave me a huge estimate for a root canal. Someone recommended Dr. Moore and not only was he much more reasonable they were just amazing. They clearly cared about helping me, their prices were very reasonable and they were awesome through the whole process. We just moved to the area and were looking for a new dentist. I went in with my 4 and 7 year old, and we didn't have any wait time. The assistants were patient and understanding with my children, and I was also able to get a cleaning while they were with me. The appointment was quick and easy. My husband needed to reschedule his appointment, and they were very accommodating. I needed to come back for a filling, and they were able to schedule me for the following week. We had a great experience with Moore Family Dentistry and will be back.

Very clean establishment. Front desk says hello as soon as u walk in the door. There always on time with appointments. I’m not a fan of the dentist but while I was there. They made it very comfortable and were very understanding of my fear of the dentist. I never felt very much pain at any time. Always gave me options and we’re honest about what needed to be done. Overall great place to go if u need to get dental work done. I will be back when the time is needed

Dr. Chan has been our family Dentist for the past eight years. My Son is ten and has grown up in her office and I have never had a bad experience. The support staff and hygienists are professional, courteous and accommodating. I would never consider using another dentist office. Highly recommended!!!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Moore and Dr. Chan for all of our dental work for years. The office is friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. This family owned Buisness makes me feel more at home and I feel I have better work done than the quick stop corporate places that are popping up. I did stray and stop into one of these “lube shops for teeth” which is what made me appreciate the talent and professionalism here at Moore family dentistry.

I've been going to Moore Family Dentistry for the past 15 years. Dr. Chan, Dr. Moore and their entire staff are super cheerful and friendly. When I've had tooth emergencies, they have always gotten me in right away. I have regular checkups three times a year and never hate going to the dentist!! I've had everything from a tooth extraction and bridge to teeth whitening done in this office and can highly recommend them.

My son had a dental emergency. Infected tooth, very painful. I called 7 dental offices, NO ONE could take him in same day. I was put in touch with moore family dentistry by pure luck. Sheryl told me to bring him in right away. They had my insurance validated before I walked in. The paperwork was computerized, sooooo much nicer than hand filling out a million forms. My son was seen within 15 min of our arrival. I highly recommend Dr. Chang! Her beside manner is professional, kind and attentive. She worked quickly to get him out of pain. The office staff is AMAZING! They even stayed late

I love this dental office! I have been searching for a dentist who cares about my short term and long term care. Dr. Moore is an amazing dentist. Since I've been seen him I have felt so blessed. He has been working on my treatment for about a year now and he is always professional and always willing to meet with me to go over any questions or concerns. He explains everything to me so that I clearly understand what the treatment steps are in order to move forward.
